While understanding short staff, by the time we received our food - the fries were cold, the sandwiches were lukewarm at best and we didn't receive one of our drinks. It was disappointing
I just received your company’s poor excuse for an apology. Your apology falls short of what restaurant stands should be. Your excuse that thing would take time is not ok. Acts should be swift and not spineless. I should not have been turned away, I should have been able to order off the late night menu. I should not have been given a hard time.
