We went there at night and 75% of the menu was crossed out. They literally told us they don’t have burgers and the only option was to order the most expensive sandwich…the Big Mac. How do you run out of burgers at McDonald’s? That’s wild to me.

Absolute worst experience ever. I’ve come here twice and left with no food both times because the staff is so horrendous. Both times they tried to convince me that I was at the wrong location for my mobile order (I wasn’t) and when I confront them for lying they say they have no food and tell me to cancel my order. Not sure what their problem is. There’s a huge line so obviously they have food. Save yourself the headache and go across the street to Burger King. They are so much less hostile over there!

The employees are extremely nice. I went through the drive-through and got Chicken sandwich. But what I will say is all of the McDonald’s are cheating everybody with each chicken crispy sandwich sandwiches. If you want extra spicy sauce, they even charge extra for that . McDonald’s is changing but not in a good way, The chicken nuggets are horrible at every McDonald’s. They’re not the same anymore. I wouldn’t waste money.. I paid 9.00 dollars for a sandwich and that’s not a meal just a sandwich. You’re better off saving your money and just getting a McChicken for half the price. And believe it or not the chicken patty on the McChicken is bigger and taste is better. I’ve tested it out at every McDonald’s. Not worth the money they’re dry and very small in portion of protein. Right here as you see the piece of chicken was cut in half. I ate half of the piece but look how thin and small this is. I’m telling you just order a McChicken, but I have the price add some bacon to it onion and if you want tomato you turn out better off we have the price you can get two of these with bigger pieces of chicken on each sandwich. Don’t waste your money and this is all McDonald’s not just one. But the employees are extremely friendly, wonderful and just good people and it’s not their fault they do with what they have and do the best they can. One of the few McDonald's left with play area, so we drive from relatively afar to visit and dine, because of how much kids love it here.
Food is always good and fresh because of how busy the restaurant is, and staff is always nice and attentive, and well keeping of the facility.
Parking and internet are also good, and it is possible to sit in quieter area while kids play and you can watch them attentively through a glass divider to intervene if needed.

This place needs people who can triage customers. Each person is taking 2-5 minutes in drive through. This McDonald’s is slow food and overpriced too now. Worst McDonald’s on the planet and I have been too many of them! Absolutely horrible. My nuggets were like shoe leather.

I ordered one item, and they couldn't get it right! Sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. I spoke very clearly and confirmed. NO CHEESE. My son would not eat it. A wasted trip, not to mention $5.00

I placed an order and everything came wrong, I called to complain and they were super rude to me, they hung up on my face, the service is very bad.
Arrived just before 11:00 A.M. ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a coke and a diet coke. Paid at the first window and was greeted very pleasantly by a girl probably in her twenties all good, go to second window and the window opened and an arm came out with a bag dangling from it. No hello, no eye contact, the lady then reopened the window and again not a word and handed me one of the sodas, picked up the second to pass out to me and I asked which one was which and then the voice turned on with " if you give me a minute I will tell you". Such a nasty tone and attitude. Listen lady if your that Miserable maybe you should retire, it was a simple question asked in a normal tone. Oh and also one would expect a fairly fresh and warm burger at 11:00 a.m. ours were Niether !! .maybe the nasty ice queen chilled them with her touch. Will drive a little further down the road from now on.

I ordered a burger and the chicken inside was raw, I asked them to redo the burger for me, to which I was rudely refused. Also it is very dirty inside, some of the tables are not cleared.
