As someone who goes to many different McDonald’s locations on road trips around New England I’m very impressed with this location. The food was almost instantaneous (burger and fries) and the guy handing out my food was very friendly and smiley. The food was super fresh and hot too! When eating I saw an employee wipe down tables and chairs, mop and sweep the area. So the area was super clean. Would go out of my way to come here again 5/5

We went through the drive thru at 3 o’clock today and the food was awful. The fries were old, cold, and stale. The chicken nuggets were also cold, old, chewy and hard. It was clear we were served food that has been sitting for a very long time with no desire to make it edible. Then we got to wash that down with coke that was so watery it tasted like the machine was completely out of syrup and it was just barely flavored carbonated water. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of food at this location.

This McDonald's is a complete joke. If you walk in expecting to order at the counter, you might want to think again. The staff tends to ignore you because they seem to prefer that everyone uses the kiosks, which is frustrating for those of us who prefer face-to-face interaction.
Adding to the disappointment, the employees often mumble when they do speak, making it really difficult to understand anything they're saying. It's clear that they’re not enjoying their jobs, as all of them look miserable and unenthused, which makes for a very uninviting atmosphere.
Overall, this experience has been far from enjoyable, and it’s a shame because fast food should be convenient and friendly. I hope they can improve their service and employee morale in the future!

It's very expensive, ugly Grey atmosphere, no charm or warm cozy feeling. Although it was clean, only will go back when I'm starving and desperate.
