I got a meat recently and was given spoilt meat in the plastic wrapper. We could feel the foul smell while washing the meat, Still we went ahead and cooked. We couldn't even taste a single bite. We threw everything out. Called the shop immediately. We were not expecting any refund. We wanted the shop to not sell the same thing to others. The person was arguing that it might have gone bad while carrying from shop to home as the packing is in plastic. How ridiculous!!, I do not recommend anyone to this shop. Better to starve than eating the spoiled meat. There are plenty of shops near by to purchase meat. Please do not visit this shop.

Just like the soup-nazy from Friends (look up the reference if you do not know about it). Very rude attitude, at least soup-nazy used to sell fabulous soup, this guy just sells average stuff, and sometimes stale stuff. Last year my wife bought some meat from this shop and went back the next day to get something else and told them that the meat had gone bad (we did not want any refund, we were just letting them know) and they outrightly rejected that that could even happen with the meat that they sell, as if it is made from plastic and cannot go bad. Better give your business to someone who cares and earns it.

I really like this place and there are few reasons for it .The meat is fresh, well packaged, the food is tasty, the place is clean, the employees are friendly and not annoying. And of course the price is convenient and close o my house.

Best place to get a fresh meat in Norwood area. You may have to call them before you go in person since the wait time will be 15 to 30 minute's on Saturday Sunday.
Very bad …. Experience had to wait 30min for meat the guy is doing online orders first even when customer walks in …. Very bad has to improve customer service ?

I ordered the chicken behari, the chicken kabob, and the chicken 65, and all three were excellent. The chicken 65 was very tasty and spicy. The chicken Behari had the meat so well cooked it just fell off the bone. Finally, I also ordered the chicken Biriyani, and it was tasty, moist, and filled with plenty of chicken pieces. I highly recommend this place - it’s the first time I tried it, but I will definitely go back.
