We cannot recommend Off the Vine Catering highly enough! They truly were the full package for our wedding. Not only did they provide the food and bar, but they also handled most of our rentals including the chairs, tableware, signage, and even set up all of the décor we brought. Everything looked beautiful and was set up exactly how we envisioned it!
The tasting is what sold us from the very beginning. Their food was far better than anything else we tried. Even though they were on the higher end of our budget, the team worked with us to create a menu that matched what we wanted while still being affordable. We mostly worked with Anne, who was amazing throughout the entire planning process! She answered every single email so quickly, reached out to other vendors on our behalf, and was so organized that we never felt like we needed a wedding coordinator.
On the wedding day, they arrived early and had everything set up before we even got there. They also managed the full room flip, turning the ceremony space into the reception space during cocktail hour, and our guests never even realized it was happening. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional the entire day. Isabelle, our head server, took such great care of us! She made sure we always had food and drinks in hand and that we didn’t miss out on anything during cocktail hour or dinner. And the food was every bit as good as it had been at the tasting. We chose buffet style, and everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful. It honestly tasted like it had been made for each guest individually, which is so impressive for a buffet. Even the chicken stayed perfectly juicy! They also served plated salads during the toasts, which was such an excellent idea. For dessert, we skipped the cake and went with their roaming cannoli service. It was such a hit! A chef walked around to each table piping fresh cannolis with toppings for every guest, and people are still talking about how fun and delicious it was!
At the end of the night, the team broke everything down and packed up just as efficiently as they had set it up. They took care of everything so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Off the Vine gave us incredible food, seamless service, and amazing people who truly cared about making our day perfect. Choosing them was the best decision we made for our wedding.

We planned a 200-person backyard wedding, and Toby's wealth of experience made sure we were perfectly covered for our big day. Toby worked closely with us, the tenting company, our DJ and our planner to really make everything cohesive and smooth. From the tasting to the months leading up to the event, we were in constant communication and felt fully confident they would deliver. The combination of Off the Vine’s Jody Boyajian’s professional experience/style, Jessica’s (owner) keen eye and Mary and her staff’s service that made the June 8, 2024 cocktail hour and outdoor tented wedding reception all come together elegantly at The Connors Center. From our first conversation with Jody, we knew every detail would be covered. Her openness to offer opinion helped us leave behind some plans in favor of others which inspired us to plan for 160 guests without hiring a professional wedding planner. By engaging the services of wedding professionals endorsed by the venue, we assembled a team of experienced vendors who partnered well together to provide excellent service. Wedding guests gave high marks to the passed hors’ devours, bride and groom signature drinks, and salad and main dish entrees and the buffet dessert presentation. The sheer number of compliments we received about the food at our wedding was astounding. We are still hearing about it months later. The overwhelming reaction to the staff at the reception was just how diligent and professional they were and just how tasty the food was. Someone on the dance floor had spilled their drink and there were MULTIPLE staff members there to clean up the mess and ensured no one would slip and fall. Jody was fantastic and brought a lot of experience to the table. She was able to help coordinate much of the reception and was helpful in making the transitions seamless between speeches and dances. She was able to help us curate a menu for both cocktail hour and the reception that left people wanting more. She was patient with our many questions and paid attention to every single detail, no matter how small.

Mary Puopolo, the event manager, and all of the servers (Jerry, Isabella, Kristin, and Valentina) were incredible! They quickly put me at ease by assuring me that everything would be taken care of, and they were right.
