Unfortunately overcooked calamari, barely edible, and untasty onion soup. Not sure how they made the onion soup—-broth itself was fine but onions tasted weird and the cheese topping was barely there. Our third person did enjoy his harvest salad. The rest of us left the calamari and soup pretty much uneaten. Very disappointing.
One Bistro is a fine dining restaurant located in a popular hotel. The service and food is excellent. It has a very casual atmosphere, where hotel guests in jeans and t-shirts are at the bar and others are at tables enjoying a fine dining experience.
Excellent choice to dine for lunch or dinner. Daily specials were delicious and reasonable as well as the main menu. Customer service is always above & beyond. Thank you One Bistro!
