Selection Limited… smoothie was watery. Third time at this place should’ve known what to expect. Playa bowl in Westwood is better for smoothies and Acia bowls.

This place was worth it!!

Did not know there was a fro-yo place within Norwood, this was amazing. They charge by the cup-size unlike other stores that charge by weight. So you can keep piling your cup as much as you can!
Enjoyed wide variety of fro-yo!

Froyo was tasty, employees were kind and keep things tidy. Manager was not kind in regards to my questioning the price of a candy that rang up at 5x the price on it’s display box. Please consider offering hand sanitizer.

Today I ordered something that I usually get all the time, a mango smoothie. Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence and try it before leaving the store as I usually do, it tasted good when I would always have it before. However today when I ordered it , probably one of the worst smoothies I’ve ever had. It was chunky and nasty, and I’m pretty sure she did not even put any actual mangoes in there. I manage a few sips but was forced to stop after a few. I just don’t know how you make a drink and serve it to someone knowing it’s all chunky and gross like that. Either way I’ve learned my lesson ??‍♀️

Disappointed with staff - other times had no problems picking up online orders but today the employee bickered my husband when he got our pick up order.
