Decent food, went in late at 10:30 couple of times, I see this is the only Indian place that is open around that time, so thumps up for that. Food seems to be decent as well....their schezwan fried rice and noodles are good, biryani's are okay, boneless biryani had chat masala flavour in it, dum biryani had less flavour, their pepper chicken started wasn't like the one we ordered

My most recent order was unacceptably of low quality considering how much they charge. Lettuce was old to the point it was turning brown. Samosa was cooked rough and not fully baked thru. Sauce on the curry didn't seem completely fresh. And even the chutneys were not all that fresh. Considering this cost me over 30 dollars, I will be thinking twice before ordering from them again. You need to respect your customers and cook with fresh ingredients and love. Clearly they are just trying to cut corners and save money while still charging a ton.

We hosted a Diwali party at our office for 300+ people, and from the start, Madhu was instrumental in ensuring everything went smoothly. He worked closely with us to curate the perfect menu and was incredibly flexible in catering to our specific needs. The spread was nothing short of spectacular—starting with appetizers, followed by a full main course, desserts, and drinks. The quantity and quality of the food were excellent, and the flavors were spot on. In fact, the best testament to the food's quality was that within just 45 minutes, we had finished all the food meant for over 300 people! Madhu and his team were highly efficient, always in touch to ensure everything was perfect, and made sure the food catered to everyone's tastes. I would highly recommend Madhu and his team for any event, big or small, and I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

We did order catering service for an office party with people from different backgrounds. They delivered the food and set it up for or us. Food was very tasty with apt spice levels (everyone praised it)and gave us generous quantities. Madhu was very helpful in estimating the quantities and choosing the best dishes for the occasion within our budget. He personally made sure that the whole thing is seamless. We will go to Paradise again in the future for catering or for dine-in.

Got takeout and the food was pretty average. Good portions and yummy garlic naan, but definitely not my favorite chicken tikka masala. Much better options available in the area.

Lamb curry and Naan was good.
But the Chicken tikka masala was not fresh and felt stale. Overall a bad experience because serving stale food is not acceptable.

“My visit to Paradise Biryani Pointe in Norwood was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped in, the poor ambience and lack of cleanliness were immediately noticeable. The restrooms were filthy and had a horrible stench, which should have been an early red flag.

However, things went from bad to worse. While eating, I was shocked to see rats crawling around the dining area, something that completely disgusted me. It made me feel sick and uncomfortable, but unfortunately, the horror didn’t stop there. To top it off, I found a hair in my food. At that point, I couldn’t even finish the meal.

I’ve never had such an unsanitary and disturbing experience in a restaurant. The combination of poor hygiene, pests, and unappetizing food left me with no desire to ever return. I strongly advise others to avoid this place until they address these major health and cleanliness issues.”

Worse Indian food ever. $30 for a few pieces of chicken, rice and naan. Although the taste is ok, the chicken is so salty. It took 30 from the time I order to when I got my food even though there was only one active table around lunch time of 1 pm. The restaurant is musty, the doors are full of finger prints, and the floor is slippery.

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at paradise biryani pointe, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was impeccably clean, with sparkling tables and floors. The lighting was warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The complimentary appetizers were a delightful surprise, and the food was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and authentic, and the portions were generous. The dessert options were equally impressive, with a variety of sweet treats to choose from. The new tile floors added a touch of elegance to the dining room. Overall, my experience at Paradise Biryani Pointe was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable Indian meal.
