I have no clue how this place has 4.7 stars! As a Puerto Rican I know how an empanada is supposed to taste and it’s for sure not what they are selling! $6 for a tasteless empanada is CRAZY! I went for the first time the other day, ordered six empanadas for my family. I was surprised by the cost, but I figured they must taste amazing plus they are a decent size. I was completely disappointed once I got home and tried them. Awful is an understatement. The meat inside was super dry and no flavor at all whatsoever! I will never go back. Ordering food out should always be worth the money.

The first time, I ate Mofongo with pernil and it was delicious and the salad was fresh and crunchy. A delicious seasoning. Then I came back and ate Mofongo stuffed with chicken and I fell in love with the Mofongo that I had searched for so much and in very few places I liked it. Excellent service and very clean. Today I ate Mofongo again with churrasco and I know that this will not be the exception. I wish you God bless your business and those rich hands that pamper us ?????????

Rincon Caribeno Restaurant in Norwood is a great find. It's a clean establishment with friendly and accommodating staff. I enjoyed a meal that included white rice, black bean sauce, baked chicken, fried yuca, and plantain. The soursop smoothie, customized with no added sugar, was a refreshing choice. The salad was fresh and crunchy, adding a nice balance to the meal. The food was well-seasoned, with spices and flavors reminiscent of a home-cooked Sunday meal. Portion sizes were generous, making it a good value. Despite living in the city, I'll definitely revisit this restaurant.

Food was ok. Kinda salty but it was good. I’ve had better. I like how food is covered up and not dried out.

Oh dios mio! I am so glad this place opened in Norwood. It was where the old empanada place was but now it's Ricon Caribeno 2 and they have all the Dominican favorites like arroz con gandules, yuca, guisado and pernil! They still have amazing empanadas, too. The place looks beautiful with bright colors, wonderful paintings and has such a cheerful atmosphere. The woman serving the orders is so friendly and welcoming, with a wonderful laugh and beautiful smile. Even if you don't speak Spanish, she is so helpful and can steer you right. The food is just amazing and super fresh. This place will surely catch on and become a hit in Norwood. Gracias, everyone!
