Royal Pizza of Norwood

Absolutely exceptional !! Sooo good.

My family and I have been coming here for many years, mostly for the pizza, and, at times, the subs (I’m a huge meat eater, but they’re eggplant sub is to die for! 🙂).

Let me tell you, I’ve never had pizza this delicious. It has the right ratio of cheese, tomato sauce, and dough, which comes out to perfection.

All of the staff workers are amazing and are very kind and friendly. I’d have to say they definitely create a positive and comfortable atmosphere for their customers, which I really appreciate.

You guys are all amazing! Keep up the great work!!

This has to be the worst place to order and pick up food from EVER. I work in the area. If a lady answers when you call hang up your order will not be done or be correct when you go pick it up. Always smells like they smoke right inside the place. They can't get a order right to save their lives. I recommend go elsewhere if you get a lady that answers the phone.

Test of food and customer service great

After being told that my DoorDash order would be ready at 12:04 and arriving in the store at 12 I waited until 1212 while being told that my order would be ready soon and that they were working on it after waiting five minutes for somebody to give me any sort of customer service when I told the woman my situation who is working at the front desk, she called me dude and should absolutely not be working in any sort of customer service job and I would like to have somebody that I can file some sort of report to to have this woman not working there anymore. I had a terrible experience here. Their food is not good and I hope that this reaches some people to tell them never to come here

Tonight will be my last order with Royal. The past few orders either for pick up or delivery from Royal has been disappointing. Today my Greek Wrap with Chicken looked sloppy and disgusting. There was so much dressing that the lettuce and tomatoes was soggy. Due to the amount of dressing and the wrap being loose all the filling just fell out. Since I moved to Norwood I’ve been ordering from here a lot. I overlooked the over fried steak fries, over fried chicken wings and now this half ass wrap… I’m done with this place.

Thee rudest customer service, esp to RETURNING customers!!! Dnt need the headache for mediocre food 🤷🏻‍♀️. I’ll pay higher prices somewhere else, being I been dropping $50-60 almost weekly!!!

Been ordering for a few months now and yet to be disappointed. Calzones are all extremely good and the large can feed you for days. Such a great spot and I appreciate not being price gouged like everywhere else nowadays

Wow, this pizza is fantastic! Grabbed a small cheese pizza to-go tonight. Perfectly crispy yet soft and airy pan style crust, flavorful sauce a well balanced ratio of cheese. Service was fast and friendly. I was spoiled by great pizza after living in NJ for 11 years, Royal Pizza is one of the best I’ve had!

Love this pizza! The Shrimp Alfredo Tomato Basil pizza is my personal favorite.

First time here they are hidden in a big plaza. There’s a little sign out in the parking lot. I definitely recommend coming here. I give them a five star all around the service was amazing. The staff was friendly. I was even a little shocked how friendly, but I felt very comfortable, the place was very clean. I ordered a small cheeseburger sub price was reasonable. The bread was fresh. The toppings were delicious. The burger didn’t taste frozen. Everything was done right definitely coming back here again.
