Good bubble tea and mochi donuts. Not cheap but definitely worth it for an occasional treat. I like their "coffee lover" and iced matcha drinks with bobba pearls. The store is bright and clean and the packaged snacks for sale are worth checking out.

Cozy little Cafe/asian grocery. Love their boba teas and korean style bakery items.
The evening server- Faiza is the best, very warm, welcoming and good at her job.
Our favorite evening spot for small eats and a refreshing drink.
