Bagels themselves were pretty good. I’ve had better fresh bagels but they’re not bad here. My issue is however is that we waited in line to order for 20 min, then waited for our food for close to an hour. Food was definitely not worth the wait.

We have been wanting to try this SPoT! for awhile and I'm glad we did because it is amazing! That spicy sausage was yummy.

Place looked great and it was busy so I'd imagine it must be good. I waited 20 minutes in line then an additional 30 minutes for my breakfast. (Just one egg sandwich) I left before even getting my sandwich. I'd recommend somewhere else unless you want to wait an hour for a bagel.

long line and super disorganized. also told me I can't use the elevator for my single stroller. Will be filling a complaint
Great bagels and tasty bagel sandwiches! We are regulars here. Try to come early, or be prepared to wait in line at the busier times, toward noon and on weekends This place has a friendly vibe, like you're almost not in Eastern Mass, lol, and a range of customers--locals, young, old, weirdos like us, all walks of people!

Excellent! Night and day comparison to the daily norm dunks!
Wow! Great BEC. Family run establishment. Long lines because everyone wants some. Walk up to pick your own bagels or order a made-to-order sando. They also have plate sized whopper pies and vintage sodas. The quality is top-notch and the prices are affordable.

Owner is rude as heck. You couldn’t pay me to come back. The old man should retire. Who waits 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich is RIDICULOUS with one person on the grill and register.

Probably the best bagels in the area and solid breakfast sandwiches. On the weekends, ordering a breakfast sandwich could take you an hour all in to get it, which is absurd. Best bet is to go in get a handful of bagels, tub of cream cheese, and go home to make breakfast. Staff is friendly.

I went in this morning with my sister. We got in line at 9:02 AM. It was a long line so we looked at each other and said all right we have to be patient. 31 minutes later, we made it to the register and placed our order. 20 minutes after that we were still waiting for our food. We asked about our order. The girl said it’s on the grill now we looked at the grill. There was nothing on the grill at all. She decided to ignore us at that point. When my sister had finally lost her patient because she had been lied to and it’s been 50 minutes in that shop and we still hadn’t had any food. My sister was standing at the register. I was still sitting at the table. She asked for a refund several times then the skinny little guy behind the counter turned around and looked at my sister and said oh be quiet. You haven’t been waiting 50minutes. We both know how to tell time.
My sister finally said brother this guy just told me to be quiet. Well that was it. I had had enough I got up I walked over there and I confronted him and I said hey did you tell my sister to be quiet? We’re paying customers in the store and it has been 50 minutes since we walked in here.
He ignored me, kept turning his back to me because he knew I was trying to take his picture which I have and will post with this review. I will also be calling the owner/manager whomever that is above those workers. I would genuinely like to know from this person if it is their policy to tell customers to be quiet because they inquired about why it was taking so long to get a damn breakfast sandwich.
The woman who was working the register gave me my money back when she saw me approach minus the drinks because we had consumed most of them and that was fair. I understood. As we were walking out, there was a gentleman who decided to chime in and he said oh they’re leaving. We’re all happy about that Aren’t we and some people at the table next to him chimed in as well laughing at us because we had the nerve to complain about waiting so long. This place is full of local Norwood people and they’re very protective of it. It seems they don’t like it when they don’t recognize people at least that’s the impression we were left with and that’s really sad that can’t be good for business. This place was also very unorganized behind the counter In my opinion everything was done very haphazardly. There was no dedicated person for the register or just making the very elaborate time consuming coffee drinks or just someone handling sandwiches or takeout orders. There was no organization whatsoever And things wouldn’t have been so bad for us if they had been the slightest bit apologetic about the wait instead one of their employees decided to tell us off by telling us to be quiet. Customer service just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Enjoy yourselves, Norwood we won’t be coming back to the Spot. They say a good breakfast sandwich hits the right spot, but this spot was definitely not the right spot. When we left there, we went just a few minutes away to the muffin House Café. The line was just as long at this place but within a very reasonable 11 minutes we ordered and had our freshly made to order sandwiches and that’s how it should work. (and yes, the picture of the person you see is the person that told us we should just be quiet)
This is an updated response to the owner who responded to my review by telling me to be quiet just like her employee so obviously she does not care or he. Is business really that good? This was going to be the end of it as far as I was concerned I left my review. I said my piece I was done but no more get ready to see your negative review all over the Internet. I’m going viral with this thing, and your response laughed that off.
You know what I changed my mind I’m not gonna let you get to me and take my joy and that’s what you’re trying to do. I’m satisfied with leaving my one star review and letting everyone read it on Google maps. I’m not going stoop to your level cause you’r

I absolutely love coming to Spot for a bagel sandwich and iced coffee on the weekends, and stocking up on some bagels to take home. The wait is typically long - the last time I went the line was wrapped around the corner about halfway down the wall with the fridges and it took 45 minutes to get our sandwiches and coffee. That said, the longest part of the wait is standing in line and you get your food right when it’s done so it’s always hot. The staff is incredibly friendly and do their best to keep the line moving.
