Atleast use the Shaker to make the refreshers and mix it well ,dont just shake it after you put it in the cup .It was not that busy even.Please make it worth what I pay for ,Thankyou

This Starbucks is really unique.

Talk about a commuter spot!!

Service is friendly, coffee great, though at times there is clearly no chance of keeping up with the pace of orders.

I would recommend turning the time and emotion study team on to this location.
Probably need a dedicated hot bar just for drive thru. Would be willing to bet that would raise review average a lot.

Service is slow everytime i come here, especially with the drive thru, and the baristas make everything in a slow place. I’m reading other reviews also saying they are so slow. They reminds me of the sloth worker from Zootopia.

10 plus for service, accuracy and hospitality!! The team of baristas go above and beyond here. Donna deserves recognition for her service!! We love coming in because she is so nice and makes sure everyones drinks are on point and done quickly. We also really enjoy the service by Noura and Bobby, who work here and Walpole-very friendly. These locations are worth stopping in or going to the drive-through.

The Starbucks from rote 1 is terrible,my daughter went there and waited for 25 min and left without her coffee bcs she was going to be late for school,I got pissed😡

I ordered ahead for one coffee and I had to wait in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes. No apologies and super slow service. The people ahead of me were just getting coffees and it was the middle of the afternoon. Not ideal for a mom with little kids in the car. Order ahead is useless if you are in any type of rush. They also ran out of coffee sleeves so they asked me when I got to the window if I wanted multiple cups meanwhile my coffee was cold because it sat there for so long.

I’m only giving two stars because the drive through worker was very polite and nice. But the coffee was the worst coffee I’ve ever had at a starbucks. It was extremely watered down, and I pay for a cold brew so that it’s stronger. But this was basically water with a hint of coffee. Also, somehow they made milk curdle in a cold coffee. Truly the worst starbucks coffee I’ve ever had.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location (Store #3433-93669). I waited 45 minutes for a drink order that should have taken no more than 6–9 minutes. Completely unacceptable.

While waiting, I watched my order get pushed further and further back in the queue while other people’s drinks were made much faster. It honestly made me wonder if there’s some kind of “VIP program” that the rest of us don’t know about.

This location really needs to improve its consistency and efficiency. At the very least, Starbucks should consider setting up an online survey to get customer feedback and figure out how this store can be improved.

I won’t be returning until the service issues are addressed.

Friendly staff who cares about customer satisfaction. We ordered Pizza, Greek salad, and chicken Caesar wrap. All were freshly made, yummy, and affordable. Would come again.
