When i arrived at the Subway Lenox Street Norwood location at peak dinner time, no other customers were present. Following my experience, it became obvious why. I had a coupon that excluded three sandwich choices. I was told by the employee that only ham, turkey, tuna or meatball could be ordered using the coupon. Essentially, every option was excluded from coupon usage despite coupon exclusions clearly noted. I left and decided that I will never visit another Subway. The food really isnt even worth the coupon value.

The food is great but its a bit pricy 19$ for a foot long sandwich is crazy they should certainly lower it.

I’ve always enjoyed my subs here to be honest. Yes Subway as a company and it’s franchises are different than they were years ago but this location is wicked clean and the staff are friendly. No the days of “packing it in” are long gone but a nice turkey and provolone sub toasted or a buffalo chicken sub toasted are excellent.

Went here for lunch as it's not too far from where I work and I had a gift card. Getting the food for free is the only reason I've been back here in over a year. I asked for lettuce and pickles on my sandwich and got the most pitiful serving of lettuce I think I've ever seen. He did add more when I asked for more, but the fact that he was fine with that serving is crazy to me. When I asked for the pickles, I kid you not, he put 5 slices of pickles. On a foot long sandwich. If I'm gonna be paying $14 for a sandwich I'd like to actually be able to taste the ingredients instead of having a hint of them between the bread

Two stars cause my kid and his friends actually liked the subs. They don't honor coupons and they don't honor corporate's BOGO promotions either. Go to the Dedham Plaza location instead for that stuff, they honor all of it and its a short drive down rt. 1.We went here for years after football practice cause my kid and his friends liked subway. They were young and didn't know any better.It was always mediocre at best. Last straw was we were all lined up behind a couple who must've known or been related to the owner or employee. Their subs looked great. Piled high with everything. So I placed my order, gave my kid the card and he and his friends placed their orders while I went and grabbed a table.Our subs were insulting. Lol. They were miserable looking. There was barely anything on them. I took pictures and sent them to corporate telling them I wasn't looking for coupons or anything but just to let them know how bad this location is, and has been. Never did get a response for whatever that's worth. Too busy defending Jared I guess.I'll never go back. I wish boston market was still there as an option. BTW, the empanada place next door is pretty good and reasonably priced. Go there instead if you have to go to that garbage plaza.

I bought 3 foot long and tried use coupon and they said I can not use my coupon. I always used coupon on same order every time. It was no problems at all but this time they said no even I used coupon to same order and same location. And there isn't say I can not use coupon what I ordered. If it is different location I understand but same location normally I buy it. This is ridiculous. People rude and ripped you off.

The bread is too thick they charge a $1.26 for an extra pinch of cheese the workers almost made my sandwich wrong not a quality Subway which sucks for me since I work nearby and like Subway

I didn’t notice the lady making my order got it WRONG until I went in my car. When I went back POLITELY telling her a mistake SHE had made, she slammed food around & even had a nerve to throw my previous sub in the trash then pick it BACK out & called me a LIAR & said I had eaten some !! HORRIBLE customer service the customer is ALWAYS right ! now you just lost out on a loyal customer because you were too lazy to fix a quick mistake!Never again
The staff is rude and barely gives you veggies when you ask. I asked for extra jalapeños and she said I won’t be able to close the sandwich (barely anything inside). I said it’s okay I can close it and she rudely stuffed it in a bag, when I got home I easily closed it. Will not visit this location again. I hope the woman has a better day is nicer to other customers!
