This subway sucks & so does the other locations owned by this owner. The associates don’t listen & they don’t have any sense of hygiene, meaning they’ll grab a cleaning rage with cleaning solution & other debris and make your food with the same gloves.
I’ve always loved subway, but unfortunately since I move in the territory of this subway owner I went from earring subway everyday to actively avoiding any franchised owned by someone named Raj.
I would recommend others to do the same.

Terrible store. Dirty workers. No one listens. No one makes sandwiches the way they’re supposed to and then have a problem when you correct them. Got a sandwich with all the wrong ingredients after waiting for 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. Terrible workers. Terrible place in general.

This place is always clean, but the customer service isn’t great at this location or the location in Norwood plaza. They have no sense of hygiene for working for in the food industry. The older works and the younger works lack this skill.

The sandwich had very few ingredients. The bread was not that fresh. Spacious seating space though.

Everything was good for my visit with the exception of the one employee with poor hygiene (ex: playing with his nose and not washing his hands). This is unacceptable and I'm sure against corporate guidelines. Fix it.

#Was here with my son , we payed 9 dollars for extra meat in our sandwiches. We spoke to the lady just to make sure of our order. She started to complain with other colleagues in Indian language. We ended up with 3 pieces of meat in our sandwiches. Totally horrible, never more.

Super stingy on the food not the correct portions. Give attitude when you try to ask why the portions are so small not consistent with other subways very disappointed will not be returning.

Consistently overcharged with their newer numbered "Subway Series" menu items.I have ordered a footlong sweet onion chicken w/ no cheese ($10.99 on their website) and they will ring it up as a #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki ($12.59 on their website). That #16 has 2X cheese on it, yet I ordered no cheese. $1.69 might not seem like a ton, but it adds up w/ all the times they are screwing people over like this.Another time I just wanted a roast beef sub and the employee pointed to the "Subway Series" menu and asked if I wanted a #17 "Garlic Roast Beef". No thanks, I don't want double cheese or your idea of a garlic aioli, just a roast beef sub (which is $11.99 on their website). After I pay and get to my car, I see the receipt has #17 Roast Beef listed for $13.59, and I have again paid for something I didn't get. It's a great way to increase your profits, so kudos to the manager, but it just solidifies the sneaky and dishonest reputation Subway has had in the past.I hear they have public toilets though, so I guess if you need a place to go with the fragrance of week-old bread in the air, this is the place for you.
