This Wendy's is always busy, but the service while not overly friendly they were nice (staff is busy for much conversation). Food was fresher well prepared and tasty as we expwct from Wendy's.

This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever ordered from they forgot my frosty, the chicken sandwich I asked for plain and it had mayo and cheese, the fries and the nuggets were cold. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The food is NASTY! Do not eat here!

We regularly visit Wendy’s on Providence Highway in Norwood and always have a great experience! The service is quick, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. A special shoutout to Moliere, who was extremely friendly and makes the visit even better with excellent customer interaction. It’s nice to see such attentive and welcoming service—definitely makes me want to come back!
Worst service ever. They almost never get the order correct. Especially at the drive thru. I stopped on Tuesday morning, I had to repeat my order 5 times and they still didn't get it right. I ordered a sausage biscuit with no egg or cheese, of course they gave me a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. I also ordered an iced coffee with milk. I received a medium milk with a splash of coffee. At that point I just accepted the order, drove off, went to McDonald's, got the correct order and threw away the Wendy's garbage.

Nothing amazing but better than plenty of Wendy's I've been to. Interior was clean, service was quick, order was accurate (including modifications). None of the workers seemed able to answer a couple quick questions in English though, which made it hard to understand some of the specials on the menu...

Ordered a burger with no ketchup and no onion. I drive home unwrap it has EXTRA ketchup AND onion. Can't even follow simple instructions. I rarely order fast food because of this. This just cinched it for me, I'll make a burger at home. At least I know I can't screw it up.

The food is generally good, same with the staff. My only complaint about this location is there is no digital sign to track your order as you go, and the person at the window does NOT tell you the cost of your meal prior to reaching the window. Its 2024 (almost 2025). Lets get some technology up in here so I dont have to fish for money at the window.
