Efficient and friendly service. The Americano I ordered was made with care, and was the best I've had in recent memory - flavorful, rich, so satisfying. The store is attractively decorated (sea shells, teacups), and offers a little bench seating with a great window view for people watching.
This is one of my favorite coffee shops on Circuit. The oat milk chais are delicious and so are the smoothies. I haven't had a drink I didn't like. The food is okay, good in a pinch. Definitely an early morning staple.

Apparently they only have boba (tapioca pearls) on Fri-Sun at this location? Not sure if that was because it was off-season (Sept 12th) or what. Although I'm fairly certain I've shown up off-season on other years and was able to get boba. Otherwise, everything was great!
