I was in fuel side. To me Duncan's sandwiches have gone down in quality and up in price... try not to stop there.. I'm impressed with gas station side. Friendly and funny cashier and fuel prices are very competitive.
I will only go to the one in Hannaford plaza. They haven't messed up my order, or burned a bagel, or forgotten anything for my orders in the past 3 years. And they are always polite.
Our cashier, Megan was the sweetest thing. She respected us as we too our time and let our son pick his own donut. The people in the back set our coffee out on the table and one was wrong, so I politely asked the man behind the counter how we could fix it. The drink had our order number on it and everything so I assumed it was ours. And all the sudden the manager Elizabeth came and slammed our coffee on the table and told us that the other coffee was not ours and was so rude about...
