This place is disgusting ! They don't even listen to you when you're placing your order and then they'll say oh I thought you asked something else it's really sickening how they don't wear gloves and touch all the food and the lids of the coffee and people come in and touch your coffee lid to see if it's theirs when who knows what they were touching beforehand its GROSS ! I had given this place a second chance now I will never go there again and I will report
to the health department

Slow service and employees that could not care about their own existence, never mind ones that grab food right off the shelf and start eating it in front of customers, very appetizing store to walk into.

A girl named Kayden took my order and it was horrible! She didn’t even make eye contact, was on the phone the whole time, and when she grabbed my donut she used her bare hand and squished it! I politely asked her why would you do that and she said because im a mean old grouch… i literally just asked for a donut. I don’t think ill ever go here again

Been many times, no problem, food very good. Today, ordered 2 coffees and was given one with 2 stickers. I removed the 2nd sticker and politely asked for the missing coffee after proving, at request, that I ordered 2. She made the coffee, no smile the whole time. When I got home, I found the coffee was 1/5 coffee grounds and totally undrinkable. This was totally unnecessary, unprofessional, and makes me want to check my coffee if she waits on me again.

Not sure what’s up with the new summer employees but the way they speak (actually SHOUT) to each other in front of customers is disgusting and embarrassing. Bring back the old manager! She was the best.
