“Visiting relatives on the cape we revisited one of our favorites. Josh, John and Emma were almost as amazing as the food. My husband had New England clam chowder and I had a BLT. Both were fabulous.Parking: We got a spot right away but it was off season so maybe on season it would be difficult.“
“My wife and I came here during a weekend getaway in Cape Cod. We got the fish sandwich and burger with fries. The food was great for the price. It’s a small restaurant, and the staff is very kind and friendly. Also the food was ready very quickly! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick and easy food spot.“
“Had the broiled shrimp- it was awful- rice was awful- ended up ordering a burger which was very good- most of my group loved their meal - myself and one other who had a woeful chicken sandwich were unimpressed- however have been coming here for over 30 years and will come back again - Just won’t order broiled anything and get a burger- can’t eat the fried food anymore. The place is iconic to Chatham- don’t let my negativity on one order stop you from going here!Kid-friendliness: kids are free to roam around outside- picnic tables are very new and clean - entire place is clean.Dietary restrictions: have gluten free options- gluten free fryers“
“Ate here on a busy night after the st paddy’s parade. Great beer list (sip of sunshine/maine lunch on draft!) and quality food. Our server was so pleasant - would go back again and bring the kids as there’s some arcade games in the back.“
“If you are in the mood for fried seafood, then you will enjoy The Original Seafood Restaurant. The portions are large, and the quality is good. Prices are a bit high, but what isn't nowadays. We've ordered take-out there 5 to 6 times over the past 2 years.“
“What more can be said about Sir Crickets. Truly a cape code institution. Fish perfectly battered and fried. Fries crispy and well portioned. Coleslaw a great touch. All of the condiments you could want, including unlimited lemon wedges. Will be back.“
