Food is good but service is horrendous. They are obviously too cheap to hire competent managers and it trickles down to the entire staff. Couldn’t even properly bag my takeout without flipping the entire Benedict upside down and to the side. Been going here for 15+ years and it is a shame.
This place is great. HOWEVER, do not order anything that needs to be cooked because you will be waiting a long time. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. It would not be so bad if I was notified about how long it would take. When I did get the food it was great. The donuts and coffee are good and are served quickly. It seems that the entire staff are teenagers that probably are working their first job, so that is something to take into consideration. There were...
