Chocolate taste like repackaged grocery store crap 💩 chocolate. Food is microwaved and soggy. Coffee taste like dirty water.
Moca, that is actually delicious

Great place, but pricey bakery. Always come here when visiting Orleans for work. I was caught off guard by the $5.80 muffin I bought.

Nice little locally made candy shop. Coffee and drink line tends to be long in peak season. Frozen hot chocolate is worth trying!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the Sparrow. I ordered Key Lime pie and a single scoop of ice cream. Got my pie first, then had to wait 5 minutes for kitchen to get my ice cream. Then had to wait for the line again because of the crowds to get my ice cream. Really odd work flow for staff. The pie was excellent, and the ice cream was good. Next time I would probably stick with the baked goods and would be really happy. Very nice atmosphere and fun place, but tight.

Food, coffee very good. It's just a little too tight with tables close together. They also have some outside sitting. I would go back.

Hot and cold drinks, fun desserts, candy, too. Right on the bike path in downtown Orleans.

We were on vacation and one evening we were looking for some place different to try for dessert. This place came up, and in so glad we tried it!
I loved it here! From the bakery counter to the chocolate shop, there’s something yummy for everyone. Ice cream, cookies, cakes, fudge, and chocolate galore.
I had the chocolate lava cake, which they heated up, and it was maybe the best I’ve had in a very long time! It was delicious!
The hot chocolates are also very tasty!
I’ll be back on my next trip!

So good we went here twice during our two-week stay. Best mint ice cream (Green Monster) I’ve ever had anywhere. Reasonable prices and huge selection of amazing baked goods and hot and cold treats. Beautiful outdoor seating at picnic tables too. Something for everyone.

Incredible shop with tons to offer: coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches, pastries, chocolates and candies
My review of 2 stars is purely on just the coffee. It's a cute place, but my husband and I both got lattes and they were just okay. They use the Pacifica almond milk which we love, so I'd think the espresso wasn't great.
A restaurant is located near a large car park, very crowded especially if you go in the morning. The pastries were not exceptional, the chocolate a little better. The slow service. It is definitely not a place to have a quiet breakfast with all the people who frequent it.

Summer is crowded but this place is so good! The nights views and their iced hot chocolate are my fav. Be sure to visit their gift shop across the street for cute little souvenirs and knick knacks. Their ice cream is to die for as well!. Never disappoints.
