We have gotten scallops from the scallop truck for the last year and a half. We have never ever been disappointed. The scallops are always good when I place an order and ask for 6-1 pound containers. They happily give me 6-1 pound containers. We have a guest from all over the country coming to our house and we cook the scallops for them and they love them. The scallops truck is one in 1 in a million thank you so much much. You guys rock.
Always fresh, better than any restaurant! The owners are so sweet. We look forward to farmers markets to get. I asked if I could share their business cards with my clients because they’re so good! I’m all for shopping local and helping one another and the Scallop Truck is the best of the best!
