We are regular customers here so i hate to write this review. Thursday at 4 pm we went there and waited to be seated for 5 minutes no big deal but there was no customers in dining room only the bar. Someone seated us saying waitress will be right here to take order. After 5 minutes people came in and went to bar. 15 minutes later we saw those people got food served. We still had no one wait on us. We did see 3 waitresses pass through the dining area but didn’t stop so we finally left

It was my first time here and I loved it. The food was delicious. I got a Hawaiian Burger w/sweet potato fries. Our server, Samantha, was friendly and on point. I'm only in town once a year, and I'm already looking forward to next year's visit!

After a week of camping for the LNL Stargaze festival...on our way home we stopped at the Knox Trail Inn for a quick meal before hitting the road. We were seated quickly (for a table of 7) and our server was great. Samantha was attentive, and made sure we were taken care of, even though we were there during evening rush. We were also lucky enough to catch a classic car show in the parking lot. Definitely a known unknown perfect little spot!

Ordered take out : We ordered the shrimp bowl, chicken parm, and steak & cheese. The shrimp bowl was disappointing — only a few shrimp, overcooked, and the rice was rock solid. For $28, it didn’t feel worth it. The chicken parm was dry and lacked flavor. On the bright side, the steak and cheese was absolutely delicious — my husband loved it. We’d return for that, but the other dishes need some serious improvement. Definitely way overpriced for what we got!

Hansel and Gretels ??? These were the worst wings I have ever had and the smallest. Knox usually has reliably good wings. Don’t bother serving if they are this small just save my money and everyone else’s. .. big disappointment lately, on a good note the clam chowder was very good.

I wouldn’t know where to begin here. From 2 undercooked calzones with no ricotta in them. I was charged a delivery fee on take out. My bone in wings were boneless. And then charging 50 percent of the calzone cost for adding sausage to it. When I called back I was told the prices were actually corrrect despite the website saying 2$ a topping or less.

Had to ask where my wife's drink was, t'was sitting on the bar for 10 min... not cold anymore. Ordered two burgers, Heading on the menu over the burgers said," All burgers served with, Lettuce, Tomato, on a brioche roll with a side of french fries...'' Well evidently not 'ALL' ...No lettuce or tomato on either of ours.. Asked for mayo TWICE...never got it. I could never ask for the tomato and lettuce as we didn't see our server until it was bill time. Two burgers ordered MED, one was well..the other was at least close to medium....didn't they cook them at the same time? Server asked if I wanted another Ice Tea....15 min after it was empty and we were waiting for the bill. Got the bill and they up charged me $1.50 to swap from cheddar to American cheese...nice. Swing and a miss for us...
