Papa Bob's Place 71 Chester Rd, Becket Pubs • $
71 Chester Rd, Becket - 5.4 miles

“Went to Papa Bob's for dinner after taking our kids tubing today. The atmosphere was very laid back and cozy. Our server was Keith. He was very kind and accommodating. Our food came out at a respectable time and the portions were huge! The burgers were delicious as well as the spaghetti and meatballs and my Buffalo chicken calzone. There had been an unfortunate mixup with my order but was told it would be out soon. It was definitely worth the wait! Not only was the calzone huge, it also tasted amazing. To smooth things over, they comped the calzone for the wait although I said I didn't mind waiting and even offered to pay for it still. They also gave us the meal that had been made by mistake as well as a few cookies! I hadn't expected any of that and it was a very pleasant surprise! I left a nice tip. This is a wonderful place to visit and definitely worth making a trip! The portions are huge, delicious, and worth every penny. The staff do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Thanks again Keith and T! (Sorry I couldn't remember her name) You guys are amazing! I will recommend you guys to anyone going in your direction!Wishing all the good things for you guys!KellyKid-friendliness: They were very good with the kids!”

“I’m hesitant to say how much I adore this place, the staff and, of course, the food. The reason for my reluctance is fear it will become a hot spot, thus ruining the best kept Berkshire secret. Relocation to the Berks when Covid hit in 2020, led me to Southfield when I googled restaurants in the area. I put it on my “must go” list. From the moment I entered, I knew it would be a favorite. Fantastic sandwiches such as The Favorite which is composed of tomato, mozzarella and basil panini actually became my favorite; until I ordered a BLT. Making my way through the menu, (not in the same day!!!) a Reuben called me by name. Delicious. Hit the spot. I could not finish the sandwich. Every item is fresh fresh fresh! Tuna melt? Oh yes! Fantastic. Again, could not finish it. Egg salad is divine. Abby prepared it right there. Every sandwich is above any preconceived expectation, whether or not you see yourself a food snob. (I’m definitely one)!! The in house bakery, which also bakes for the In on the Green, turns out the very best. I’ve had great Linzer cookies in my life. Theirs are rivaled by no one, even Paris! Blueberry muffins, Grandma’s chocolate cake will have you looking for her in the kitchen. Brunch should be experienced by anyone who enjoys a relaxing weekend with family and a fantastic breakfast. French toast is noteworthy as they use house made challah. Try it. Eggs, bacon, sausage, all the breakfast items we love are prepared to perfection. Muffins, scones, cinnamon buns, pound cakes, all baked in the kitchen. The list of everything I’ve tried and loved is too lengthy for me to explain how wonderful everything is. You must try them yourself. Now the staff. Wonderful group who are happy and welcoming. They know their jobs and remain personable even on the busy, oh so popular weekends. Hard working, yet they manage to keep the restaurant clean. Alex who manages Southfield is very attentive and knows his job well. This is one well oiled machine. I think it’s rare when employees highly respect their employers and the employer highly respects them. It’s a obvious this is the case at Southfield. They enjoy going to work! Alex is the son of the owners of Inn on the Green up the road, which is another must go! Sadly, I had to vacate the Berkshires. I am presently an hour and forty minutes away yet I make a point to go back frequently. Yes. It’s THAT good! PS: kid friendly!”

“This is inside a food court so the atmosphere isn't that much to talk about but we had no trouble getting a table. They offer gluten free bread which was good for me. Service was good and the food was also good. Every time we go to the Lee outlets, we like to stop here for lunch.”

Pizza Bar 380c Premium Outlet Blvd, Lee Pizza
380c Premium Outlet Blvd, Lee - 10.04 miles

“Located at the Lee Premium Outlets Food Court, the Pizza Bar food counter offers traditional thin crust pizzas by the slice or whole pie, strombolis, garlic knots, pasta, salads, and cold drinks. They offer two pizza slices with toppings for $9 here and a $3 value menu for smaller ala carte items like 2 meatballs, side of pasta, or side salad with knots. I stopped by here after brief shopping for a break. I ordered side of spaghetti pasta ($3), 2 meatballs ($3), and two pigs in blanket (2 for $7). However, I was initially charged $9 for the spaghetti pasta & 2 meatballs which was served in the same bowl. However, I had to explain I only wanted the 2 meatballs and the pasta separately in a smaller cups so it would be $6 instead of $9. Another worker obliged and separated the meatballs and pasta with a slightly smaller portion of pasta for $3 less. $13.91 for the 4 items was the total with tax. The 2 meatballs were good sized with a soft texture in lots of tomato sauce. The spaghetti was soft due to sitting in the broiler tray and I mixed in the sauce from the meatballs. The pigs in blanket were grilled hot dogs wrapped and baked in a pastry dough, mustard and ketchup provided. If I am ever stopping in this food court, the Pizza Bar counter is the best bet for me.”

“A trip to The Pillow is always an amazing choice. This was our first time eating here. We had the chicken sandwich which was fine. Unfortunately it was a hot sandwich served on refrigerated cold ciabatta. With all the attention to detail in all other aspects of The Pillow experience I can say we were underwhelmed with our dining experience. We will definitely be back to the pillow but will likely dine elsewhere.”
