We aren't in Otis often enough to enjoy Paige's as much as we'd like to! The food is always fantastic! Literally everything we've ordered has been extremely delicious! You really need to try: Ronan's Toad in the Hole, the Pancakes (definitely get 3), the breakfast bowl and burrito! Special Toast, it is indeed special, try it. The sausage is also a must have!

My aunt and I planned a quick visit together last week as I was traveling for work and was going to be near her place in CT. We chose Otis and Paige's Place from some quick map and logistics review. We couldn't have been more pleased with the choice. From the moment we sat down together and started talking, the team there made it clear they recognized our visit for what it was, two people who gab a lot and getting a chance to catch up! We never were rushed, and they even made it a point to let us know we were welcome to stay as long as we wanted, at least until they locked up! We spent about 2 hours there and everyone who helped us was gracious, kind, thoughtful. From ordering, to placing a candle on our table for ambiance, it was a treat. Of course I'd be remiss not mention the food, which was phenomenal. Thanks to everyone who made our quick reunion lunch so special, we now have a go-to meeting place for future trips!

Tucked away in beautiful Otis under some tall pine trees, Paige's place is a family-run and community-oriented gathering place owned and run by two creative, caring individuals, Megan and Eric! The atmosphere is homey, eclectic, and artsy. The food is comforting, creative, and interesting, often featuring ingredients that are local and in-season. Service at Paige's is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. And somehow, Megan and Eric are able to keep prices affordable, encouraging repeat visits. Any time I have a special request or question, it is responded to with ease. I love going here with my parents, with friends, or just solo.
Charming and welcoming place with unique atmosphere and delicious food. We were blown away. Breakfast bowl was the best.

May return.
Food was good, but a little pricey.
Service was a bit slow, a little curt when asked certain things/an issue with eggs was brought up.

We stopped to use the restroom, nad stayed for one of the best meals ever. My friend said his cheeseburger was superb. My sausage was lusciousk, and they adjusted the accompaniments to suit my taste, and thanked me for my patience and creativity when they couldn't provide the accompaniment I asked for with my sausage (I am used to sausage and applesauce, the closest they could come was fresh peach) the sourdough bread was the tastiest bread I have tasted in years, and the portions were perfect for a midmorning pick up. Service was equally good. Everything was set up for our comfort and satisfaction. Good food, good music, good scenery, good everything. And we wouldn't have even seen it if the GPS hadn't chosen route 8 to get from Bridgeport to Pittsfield. I would gladly move house to Otis to be able to eat at Paige's Place regularly!
I had the best BLT of my life here. It made my day. All the food I tried looked and tasted amazing!! Will definitely be coming back.

Great quality cooking and ingredients! Fair prices. I'll say though, the whole operation would benefit from some more structure. But I'd still recommend the place!
I was served yogurt with fresh, delicious fruit, pancakes tasting better than what I make at home, and coffee with rich flavor! The process of getting to that point wasn't very straightforward, though!
You order at the front desk before sitting down, which leads to a crowd of groups standing around, deciding what to order. Naturally, there aren't enough menus to give out! After ordering, my group was split up, because the cashier had to leave to help with something. To order food, my friend had to stand around for 5 minutes after I myself left to sit down at a table, and this brought him close to walking out! It also was not communicated well how to order, because it's mainly just on a sign. Now, I actually do like this hybrid self service style of diner, but I shouldn't have to ask a staff member about something like how to get water. It just needs to be explained better, and they may just need 1 more staff member to make sure it all runs smoothly without angering customers. I do like the decor, and it was fun to look around the establishment. Of course though, I noticed another sign giving directions on how to change the music playing, making me wonder if anyone is able to change the music to whatever record they want? Not made clear!
All in all, I think the kitchen staff is doing a great job, but there's something very ADHD-like about how the place is organized. I give this place a 5 star because it's the food that matters most to me, even if it took some time and confusion to get there.
(Side note - acoustic absorbing material would be a good idea to reduce conversation bleed and make the music sound better)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paige's Place in Otis, and let me tell you, it was an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.
The homemade breakfast? Simply divine! It was the perfect treat to kick off the day, bursting with flavor and made with love. The cozy and chill ambiance set a relaxing tone, making it an ideal spot to unwind.
What really stood out was how family-friendly the place felt. My kids had a blast with the games they had available, and I was grateful for the changing table in the bathroom – a true lifesaver for parents!
I’m so glad I discovered this hidden treasure tucked away in the peaceful hill towns of western Massachusetts. If you're looking for a delightful getaway, I can’t recommend Paige’s Place enough. It’s the perfect blend of tranquility and enjoyment!
