I live in town and this has of course been my go-to Dunkin. Lately my orders have been missing items, or drinks made completely wrong. I ordered a Dunkalatte, and it was given to me made with milk. I've had a matcha made with coffee, and food items missing from orders. :( Customer service is always great! But recipes aren't being taught or followed

The coffee prices are getting out of Control for a large iced coffee. I have to pay $4.25 the other day !!!!!!!!! The coffee is not worth four dollars a cup, and I don’t know who they’re trying to fool

Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.

Terrible Service Today, Order # 9830. Drive up 14 deep at 10 am so I go inside. Gal takes my order Small coffee cream & sugar . I wait wait while this young gals doing nothing. She says have I missed something I say my coffee she says there’s a line I say that’s why I came inside. At this point she takes the 5 seconds to make my coffee. Driving down the road it’s a black coffee, Done on Purpose.
They're fast & the food & coffee is always fresh.
