Terrible Service Today, Order # 9830. Drive up 14 deep at 10 am so I go inside. Gal takes my order Small coffee cream & sugar . I wait wait while this young gals doing nothing. She says have I missed something I say my coffee she says there’s a line I say that’s why I came inside. At this point she takes the 5 seconds to make my coffee. Driving down the road it’s a black coffee, Done on Purpose.

I always use the drive thru. The problem is that I can only turn right and have to go all the way up the road and turn around. The food is usualy good. I got a Churro the last time and it was extremely dry don't recommend that item. Staff is friendlly .

This Dunks is not like any other dunks in the area that I've ever been to.I don't know why if it's just the management that runs it or what but they're a little extra like they put their delivery in bags and they have like a tap that almost you would expect at a bar but for coffee something maybe you would see in Starbucks.So in comparison to all the other Dunkins I guess you would say that this one is eliteHowever its employees hold it back from being truly great.I've just gone in there too many times and seen a couple people who just really didn't do anything at all and we're just their existing not contributing to the work at all causing more work and confusion by being such dead weight employees.It's got a few Superstar employees and then it's got some deadbeats so until they fix that this place will never reach its full potential.
