I absolutely love coming here! Chrissy and her team are so friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have about the products! I was looking for a great smoothie and something that was going to give me energy without the crash of multiple cups of coffee!! Pivot does just that!!! The daily specials are always super tasty! The club has a different theme every week and Chrissy and the girls make such fun names and flavor combinations!If you're looking for a fun place to stop in with a great atmosphere I highly recommend!! Make sure you get a loyalty card so you can get a free item! Definitely will continue to come here to get my healthy and tasty shakes and teas for clean lasting energy!

This self-proclaimed "local business" is a front for the international pyramid scheme/MLM Herbalife. Herbalife is not FDA approved, and has numerous lawsuits against it for several things which can be found with a quick Google search. Before you fall victim to their "local business" marketing tactics, do some research and spare yourself the high prices and sugary drinks that are far from nutritional. There are plenty of other legitimate small businesses in the Central MA area that aren't disguised as pyramid schemes.

It was my first time going to this club I went there it felt so awkward. I felt like a black sheep. After I got my mega tea it didn’t taste right so I mentioned it and was told that’s how it tastes and if I want a remake I’d have to pay for it. I’ve been doing this for a few years now i understand how these taste and I even make them at home sometimes. The people in here are just rude. I’ve never had a problem at any club I’ve gone to but this one. There is a friendlier and better environment you could go too.
