I want to congratulate McDonald's for the period at 2:46 p.m. when they made my frappe amazing. It was the only McDonald's to date that did it correctly, as per the photo, as per McDonald's publication. The way a frappe should be made, congratulations to this team. I hope you show everyone. What is the correct way? If the others don't know, McDonald's should take lessons from these guys. Thank you.

The wait from the drive through was extremely long. It took over 9 minutes for them to bring me out my meal. While six other customers behind me went on by. I've never had to wait so long.

I don’t normally take the time to write many reviews, but when someone like Mike is working the drive-thru, it absolutely deserves recognition. Mike is, hands down, the kindest and sweetest person I’ve ever encountered in fast food service. Every single time I pull up and see that he’s the one at the window, I instantly smile. He makes the entire experience something to look forward to — not just for me, but for my kids too.
Mike always has something kind to say. He greets us with genuine warmth, chats with us while we wait, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. He’s so sweet to my kids — making them laugh, asking them how their day is, and making them feel special. It’s such a simple gesture, but it means so much.
In a world where people are often rushed and interactions can feel cold or transactional, Mike is a breath of fresh air. He turns a quick food stop into a bright spot in our day. McDonald’s is incredibly lucky to have someone like him representing their brand, and I hope he knows how appreciated he truly is.

Ordered breakfast off the app showed up 10 minutes later food was no where to be found staff just told me oh we don't have yoyr order we don't see it and stares at me like I had 3 heads... I showed them my order off there own app and they just started at me and said again well I don't see ur order and walked away left me with no help and food had to cancel my order and hope I get a refund thru mcdonals and re order my breakfast and PAID again I love wating 40 dollars just for breakfast this was the blonde lady working the desk on Thursday march 27th and the heavy set fellow
