Ordered breakfast off the app showed up 10 minutes later food was no where to be found staff just told me oh we don't have yoyr order we don't see it and stares at me like I had 3 heads... I showed them my order off there own app and they just started at me and said again well I don't see ur order and walked away left me with no help and food had to cancel my order and hope I get a refund thru mcdonals and re order my breakfast and PAID again I love wating 40 dollars just for breakfast this was the blonde lady working the desk on Thursday march 27th and the heavy set fellow

Well, walked in and was told drinks only made in back now to save money. Then found out no napkins out to grab anymore. Table had crumbs all over it. I’ll find another location.

They took 30 mins plus to give me my food that i went to ask for no comunication i asked for strawberry cream pie and they took so long i asked for the pies after waiting over 30 minutes gave me 2 apple pies instead of the strawberry pies. They are always so behind and We always waiting for food that ends up being given to me cold. No more of this location for me

Most days the service is incredible, other days you have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for service in the lobby area because they are hyper focused on the drive thru.They relying too heavily on the kiosk . It's just not a friendly atmosphere for the elderly...or customer service .

Usually I go through the drive through.

1. Long waits in line from 9pm thru 10pm.

2. Sometimes issues with orders. Various personnel seem to have problems processing your order

3. Occasional problems with their drive thru intercom. Usually audio issues. Garbled, or missing coms...

4. Besides Missing items from orders. This also Includes napkins, sauces, straws, etc ...

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS KNOWN TO MAN. they have forgotten MULTIPLE items MULTIPLE times. And they have hung up on me and ignored me. I’m a very frequent customer and I highly recommend going to Webster over them. THEY SUCK. They refuse to compensate me for being rude and not giving me items I have paid for. I’m so frustrated, I have no where else to turn.
