Visited store in Oxford MA. Awesome experience, the first of its kind at this store which my family & I have frequented over the last couple of years. Rocky was pleasant, friendly, listened, repeated my order to me, suggested options, extremely aware of hygiene & very well presented. My order was perfect, thanked me & wished me a good day. To be honest, he is the person I would want to be served by at this location again. Well done Rocky, keep up the great work

The Subway at 299 Main St. Oxford MA, I have to say was amazing there were two Employee, and they were awesome they got our food out as fast as possible and they were so kind we really appreciate them we need more people like them in the world. Both are very fast with perfection at busy lunch time.

I just want to say how truly grateful we are to this Subway team! As a volunteer at St. Joseph Basilica Church, we have a big community event every year and need over 500 sandwiches. They were the only ones who said “yes” without hesitation and handled everything beautifully each year.
They took such great care to make sure everyone’s needs were met, including allergies and gluten-free options, and handled delivery. God bless them.

How in the world does the new owner of Subway, who was kicked out of Dudley Subway by the board of health now become the owners of Subway in Oxford? Never will I go there again. Look up why the Board of Health closed them down in Dudley. I’m shocked Oxford let this happen.
