The food here is excellent. Coming from greater Boston it’s the closest thing out here to good food. However, the service, atmosphere is NOT the same. Who ever the guy is at the register.. he ruins the experience. He’s rude and disrespectful. Several people I know say the same thing. One of my friends stopped coming here because of how rude he is. He disrespected my wife in front of our children. Wish I was there because I would have finally put him in his place. My kids felt awkward. He isn’t even the owner. It’s a shame that such a good food place gets avoided due to ONE guy who is clearly a miserable dude. If only they delivered. This was also a little over a month ago. It’s not the first review to say we’ve had a rude experience. Some reviews had it with the woman owner but not us… the owner has always been kind to us. It’s always been the jerk at the register. Depending on his mood… you never know what you’re going to get. He even told my wife he didn’t care because he didn’t own the place. That said a lot. Next time maybe shut your mouth, smile, take the money and hand over the food. Your definitely not made for “chit chat”. Don’t mess up a good thing.

This place is a rare gem I’ve had grinders all over the northeast and grinders in our area are generally mediocre. I feel like everybody’s taking their ropes from subway this place we went in there. They treated us right they have something that nobody seems to carry anymore. They had hot sausage grinders, and I can tell you three of us went there three of us got the hot sausage grinders, and every one of us so impressed the food was fantastic hard to find hot sausage and not only did they make it but they made it the best you get my five stars. I will definitely be going back.

This is a go to place when we want a good pizza. The downfall is that it's cash only, but they have an ATM inside. Last time we were there, we got to talking about some of their desserts. They were friendly and were wrote enthusiastic. They clearly love and take pride in their food and it shows.

This was my first time trying this place, food was great service was great. We got a BLT, chicken cutlet grinder, small pepperoni pizza all was very good. Will be back again.
I enjoyed my pizza. The banter between the staff and customers reminded me that I was back home in western Mass. Conveniently located next to the LC. My only beef is that the grinder sauce has meat.
