Very happy to find Burgundy Brook Cafe. Had the Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo, plenty of chicken and broccoli, Alfredo had pepper added which was great. Came with a nice side salad. Everything was great and will be back. Thanks guys!

My old review from six year ago WAS 5 stars. Recent ownership has lost the momentum and really slacks on everything. Food prices went up, quality has gone down. Wait staff has changed from vested interest employees to inattentive new hires. Waits are longer like awkwardly longer. Like sitting and getting coffee then no one to see you for 45 more minutes to place your order. We just left cash out for the coffee because we feared how long it would take after we ordered food. We had one other similar experience prior where people who arrived after were served well before and it was a big party compared to the 3 of us. I like the live music but it’s so SO loud especially when you’re sat close to him that we just didn’t have conversations. It was acoustic too so it just had to be background music not the main event. I’m not sure they got what it take to keep going anymore. The magic left with the previous owners. What a bummer!!

Tonight we had a great meal! With Kay as our waitress she was hustling taking care of all the customers and the only one working the floor and pickup. We have a 4 year old daughter that she made sure was taken care of first and as a parent it makes our life that much easier. There was a little wait on food, because they were so busy pumping out great quality food! The cooks are awesome and great to see no arguing or yelling just good TEAMWORK. This is always a favorite place of ours and with service like this we are a repeat customer! Great Job!

Haven't been in a very long time but oh boy the service and food is phenomenal!. I ordered the corned beef hash dish and that was a 10 out of 10. Plus I went on a Saturday morning and not many people were there so it was nice and relaxing ???
Four of us were easily accommodated. I had coffee and the most delicious "everything" bagel with cream cheese- soft on the inside. Others ordered a variety of egg dishes and were very satisfied. We'll definitely visit again.

Awesome home cooked meals. A real hidden gem in Three Rivers. My daughter and I split a bacon and pineapple pizza that was so good we even ate the crust! We even ordered dessert- apple pie was perfect and the dough bites were scrumptious! The staff and owners are super friendly. Hoping more folks give this place a try- way better food than any chain or franchise!

Good was good. Menu says "homemade hash". It was in fact, not homemade hash. Super disappointed. Other than that it was good. Waitress was awesome.
