Small, local, family business. Fantastic baked goods made from old family recipes. They have used the same baking equipment and recipes for generations. Incredible prices, you won't be disappointed, the baked good are amazing! Fresh baked breads.

Because of a car accident I got detoured around by countryside bakery. I am never lucky enough to go by the bakery when it’s open, but today was the day! I got a loaf of rye bread baked this morning, and just like I remember when I was a kid it is awesome! I don’t really care for it after it’s been in the convenience stores for a day or so, but fresh from the bakery you cannot beat it!

Wow! The BEST Rye bread I've ever had, and I've bought many different brands from grocery stores to bakeries. This is so delish! The perfect softness in the bread, and yet the crust has the perfect amount of crisp. I personally prefer seeded Rye, and the fennel seeds are really quite tasty. Then to find the history of this small town bakery, 3 generations I believe it is that has served in this spot. May the force be with you to continue on for many years. Next trip will be for pastries which my friends tell me are truly delightful Polish creations. Can't wait.
