Ordered pizza at 715 per my instructions said. Brick building please deliver in the back. Front door was broken. Called at 815 and asked where pizza was. Said it was dropped off at the front door. Well no one knocked and I said the front door was broken. Said the driveway was closed. No it wasn’t because it’s impossible to close a driveway lol. But it’s pouring out and 2 pizzas were left out in the pouring rain for 30 min. My phone number is on file. Could have called my phone. But yea. Not a good experience

Good tasting pizza but terrible customer service rude nasty drivers phone people no better .. every time I've ordered my food is left somewhere random, I post don't leave outside please call instead... They never do I either find my food cold or not at all. Will not order again.

The new owners took over approx. 4 years or so ago. I really can't believe how bad this locations' food and service is. I order for a local manufacturers' third shift right before midnight some nights to get the pizza, and the driver sits down the road for 10 minutes before delivering the pizzas.... Despite contacting the Dominos directly and explaining the difference between the old and new owners, the problems continue. I keep promising myself to not order from them again but they are the only ones open at that time in the area.. I'm writing this to force myself to not order from them again. They consistently disappoint me. The only good reviews must be made from the owners themselves or similar. Again, I'm consistently surprised how bad it is and wish it was better.....

I always get the carryout special. Lrg 3 topping pizza for 9.99 plus tax can't beat that great price
This has to be the best Domino's in the area, id rather drive the extra time to Palmer than order delivery from Belchertown.. Belchertowns Dominos has the nastiest tasting pizza, like they don't wash their pans. Never had an issue with Palmers Dominos!
