This Dunkin’s is trash, they never get any coffee right and when asked to fix it they refuse to fix your coffee. I’m never going to this Dunkin’s again they are literal trash. The workers are always rude and not one person there clearly likes their job. If you don’t want to make a coffee correctly find a different job.

Burnt my bagel to a crisp, like a charcoal Briquet, 2 days in a row. What I don't understand is, how does a person preparing that food, take a look at it, and think it's fine to serve somebody? It amazes me, how you can go into one place, and get such crappy food, and service, but then go into the other dunkin right up the road , and it's perfect. It's always a people problem.

Avoid this Dunkin if you want espresso, 8/10 times they put coffee in my espresso drinks instead. FYI Espresso is typically another ~$2 a drink.
Staff is always rude and mean to me and are selective to who they greet, no matter how nice you are. The bald lady always treats me like garbage and made fun of me because I came into the store to get my coffee everyday. I don't know if she's like this towards me because I have a disability, but it felt like it since she never so much as says good morning to me...but will for everyone else...
I'm a very soft spoken kind of person and I never said or did anything to make these girls just completely despise me. I'll be going to Starbucks for now on. Very very rude and unwelcoming staff.
Edit: I don't know her name, but the way a few of the new ladies greet me is very nice. She tells me good morning and she always has a smile on her face and tries to start a conversation. It's a nice change and I hope this place keeps going in that direction.
Edit of the edit: Those nicer ladies seem to be gone and the new people they have just don't seem like they know what their doing. I went to get my coffee today and I had to spit my coffee out because it was sour. The lady's working there were completely bothered and annoyed that I wanted it fix. It took them three tries, and it had to be switched out to a medium, which was not my original order.
No more chances.

The worst Dunkin around unfortunately. Cant ever seem to get the drinks right and when they do it taste awful. I highly recommend the few minute drive to the bondsville location or just skip it

The staff always seems to be cleaning the expresso machine between 6:00pmand 7:00pm making it impossible to purchase advertised menu items. Very poor service and staff management.

Whoever’s is frosting donuts needs to be fired and thrown away there’s like no frosting on the donuts! They also don’t under stand the difference between sugar and liquid sugar!
