Employees are rude and couldn't care less. They literally gave me avocado toast on the smallest, most stale piece of bread ever with burnt, disgusting pieces of bacon. Then if I say something, I just get attitude. Thanks for serving me actual garbage and expecting me to be ok with it.

I went to dunkin donuts to get a donut and a frozen coffee. They couldn't make the frozen coffee and the donut I wanted was out so I asked about 2 more flavors and they were also out. I settled and just got a iced coffee and it tasted burnt. Very unhappy with the selections and outcome of my visit.

This is my local Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve chosen to go to the other locations in town specifically on the fact they don’t care about the quality of the product they’re putting out I buy three refreshers there a day and for The last month every single refresher I’ve gotten is watery and truthfully disgusting this location used to be the best in Palmer it has went downhill it literally did not have a working food station for two weeks

They have some very friendly, customer-focused employees and the line at the drive thru typically moves quickly, but don't be surprised if you place your order and are told they don't have breakfast sandwiches or pretty much any hot food item.
