Went there Jan 26 for a church function.31 people in our group.
Rarely if ever give five stars on anything as we all know nothing is perfect in this world.
But I cannot think of anything except maybe parking that I could complain about.
When you walk in the door you think you are in New York City. Warm and inviting like your Grandmother's house. Vintage photos and posters and a very nicely done plaster wall.
The tables are solid and well made. No wobbly wood here.
Although smaller in seating it's just right based on the square footage of the restaurant. Quaint and the sound inside was quieter than most.
The staff greeted us warmly and you just had the feeling you were immediately considered family .
And now to the food. The first meat to come out was the meatballs. Man were they seasoned just right and flat out delicious. Second was the sausage which was sweet and again seasoned and cooked to perfection. And then there was the Braciole which was just over the top scrumptious. You won't walk out of there hungry that's for sure.
This is by far the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to and at 72 I've been around for a while.
The owner said they are opening up a take out place next door.
Can't wait to try it!!

Figlio’s is an absolute must. My meal there was hands-down the best I’ve had in a long time. I went on a Sunday when they offer a set menu, and every single dish was drenched in the most incredible and comforting “Sunday sauce.” Truly some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had.
The ambiance is adorable, classy and intimate, yet it somehow feels like you’re sitting at your nonna’s house in the best possible way. The sauce and meatballs are unbeatable, and the braciole and pork were nothing short of phenomenal.
Portions are incredibly generous. You will absolutely leave full and beyond satisfied. This was a 100/10 experience from start to finish. Bring your family, bring your friends, and be ready to completely wow them. I will definitely be returning (often).

We walked in on New Year’s Eve without a reservation and they made room for us… They started us off with a Wild Mushroom Arancini appetizer that was delightful, followed by our salad course which was so fresh and refreshing, the Pasta Alla Vodka was fresh and vibrant. My partner loved the Eggplant Parmesan and the Shrimp Florentine I had was absolutely scrumptious! We finished our meal with a Ricotta and Pistachio cake that was fluffy and not overly sweet! Thank you Figlio, we will be back; with an appetite for more amazing food!

Okay let me start off by saying if you want a real review this is as real is it going to get. Went in there today for high hopes. Been wanting to try here for a while everything looked good on line. So we ordered our lunch . I ordered the beef marsala and my husband ordered the chicken rollatini we were asked do you want a soup or salad, I said I'd do the soup and my husband said he'd do the salad assuming it came with the meal because she didn't specify that it didn't after asking us. Not realizing after getting our bill that they charged us for it. Definitely didn't want a super salad but it made it sound like it came with the meal. Secondly , I ordered a side of meatballs because I wanted to try them and that's what I really really got disappointed!!!! these meatballs are frozen meatballs, I could not have been more upset about this. The bread came out the bread was delicious. The soup was actually pretty good as well, The salad came out with no dressing nothing on it for that price I don't even know. My beef marsala came out The beef was ok . But I don't know about Marsala sauce this was basically beef broth and maybe a half 1/2 of a cup boxed fusilli def not a Marsala . My husband's Chicken rollatini was basically broth as well and maybe one small slice of half of prosciutto. We kept hearing the microwave open and shutting the entire time we were there assuming that all of our meals were microwaved. And with the deception of having his order of super salad and get charged for it after making it sound like it came with the meal is very very dishonest. It's unfortunate because I definitely would have loved an amazing place in the area. If I want microwaved food I'll go to the local store and get it myself.. so disappointed. How about getting charged for our salads when she made it seemed like it came with the meal we go out offen this response was excuses the food was not good at all. And they are frozen meatballs my husband's eats them and he knows the brand lol

Would not recommend this place service is terrible they close at 8 arrived at 6:40 there were bunch of tables available and was told sorry we’re not taking anymore people. There was plenty of open tables and time left to order and got denied at the door. So good luck with this place it’s clear they pick and choose who eats here

Easily one of the best old school Italian Springfield restaurants, just in Palmer. Food, Service, Atmosphere off the charts.

Me and my girlfriend went today to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time there. The atmosphere was very cozy, like having dinner at grandma's. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was great. Definitely plan to try and make it a monthly visit whenever possible.

The complimentary bread came with a couple of complimentary arancini balls in meat sauce. Sauce was awesome with rib meat in it.... added that to my chicken parm order, for on the pasta (+$2). The chicken wasn't completely hot, but not cold (I did mention it to the waitress). Had the tiramisu to finish, which was excellent and creamy! (Apologies forgetting the photo until after it was attacked!) SURPRISE - They comp'd the dessert due to the not-hot chicken! They didn't have to, but that was very nice seeing as I hadn't complained, just gave a heads-up.
