We come here often enough, and I still can’t remember a time I’ve received my order from the window when using the drive thru. EVERY time we come here, they tell us to pull up. When we got to the window, we were the ONLY soul of a customer at this location, and here I am pulled forward writing this review. Management needs to get it together here. OH, and there was an eggshell in the sandwich.
Just go to Wendy’s across the street.
UPDATE: we went the next day because we were in a hurry. Not another customer in sight in the morning and STILL HAD ME WAIT for a medium sized order….

There's improvement. I like their ranch wraps, When I'm on the go 😁 the chicken sometimes is very hard but other then that it's cheap and fast. Can't expect much 😉

We just came from there…bought 4 grinch meals at the drive through @ $15 each and they never gave us the grinch socks!! I tried to call and it went straight to voicemail where it said it was full. I hope they don’t give me a hard time when I try and pick up the socks tomorrow.

Come here if you want the speed of a restaurant meal and the quality of fast food, not both! Drive through routinely takes over 20 minutes, may as well be making your own burgers.

I rarely go to McDonald’s, but I figured a simple dine-in order on a Saturday would be quick. It wasn’t. I ordered a quarter pounder and two standard chicken Happy Meals – no customization at all – and it took 30 minutes from the moment I swiped my card to when the food finally showed up. We were dining in, and the staff told me they were “absolutely overwhelmed” by the lunch rush.
The part that made no sense is that there were easily 15 people in the kitchen, yet the food still took half an hour and wasn’t even hot when it arrived. Pretty disappointing.
The only positive: the location looks newly renovated and has a solid play area, which helped keep the kids occupied while everyone was starving.
Overall, not the experience you expect for basic fast food.
