My husband and I doordash for palmer , ware and belchertown..we ordered our own food this is how I recieved it..These resturaunts treat dashers and customers like crap I have reported it to Eleni Gomez the owner with no response ..I slipped and fell in their resturaunt on an advertisement on their floor I hpt 0 call from the owner to see if I wad ok..Now I see why our customers complain about damaged food its due to thr workers

Walked in ordered on the kiosk, 2 apple pies, 1 large fry. Waited 15 minutes, no one would even acknowledge i was there at the counter waiting. Long story, had to ask for my money back. Service was awful. Will never go back.

This place is an absolute joke. It never fails on a Sunday afternoon they have upwards to seven cars waiting for their meal after already waiting in line to order, pay or receive their meal. You better hope you like waiting upwards to 30 minutes because that’s how long it’ll be.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life….. orders are always incorrect…. I sat outside the other night, waiting for my food for 20 minutes and when I got the order, it was wrong….. on another occasion, I pulled into the drive-through with one car in front of me and it took 20 minutes from when I gave my order at the speaker to when I got to the window to pay for it and they were still telling me to pull up to wait another 10 minutes for my food….. what the hell were they doing for the 20 minutes that I sat in line? I recommend to anyone that you don’t go here

We had to wait in line for 27 minutes just to be sent over to the reserved waiting spots, which is kind of whatever, maybe they were under staffed. But when the girl came out to give us our food she asked what we ordered and we told her. She quite literally scoffed and rudely handed us our food and stormed off…?
