Usually this is the only McDonald’s I go to, until yesterday I had to pull into a parking space and waited 48 minutes and did not receive food . Then had to go inside to show them you parked me and either gave my food away or forgot about me and another car. I specifically paid for NO ONIONS AND NO KETCHUP .. I received my food WITH KETCHUP and I hit the burger without checking like an idiot.. i assume management is new because I have never had problems before .. and while I sitting here with swollen eyes and face breaking out . I will take the blame because I should have checked. I will Not be returning clean this place up!

Food was good, got a sausage breakfast sandwich and a sausage burrito. The sausage burrito was a bit odd, I couldn't finish it. But the rest was great!

I would give it zero if possible. Was told to pull into the waiting area where I waited for almost 20 minutes. When they brought the food out they brought it to the wrong car first and then when I got it, the fries were cold and the sandwich ordered was a deluxe spicy with no tomato. Came without tomato but they put Big Mac sauce on it. Completely ruined and a waste of money.

There’s nothing fast about this food. If you’re looking for dinner, set aside 30m to get your mobile order from a drive through. Better off at a sit-down restaurant, better food, faster service, probably cheaper. I don’t blame the employees, the place is way understaffed and the owner is to blame. Fast food is dead post covid.

I ordered through doordash Dasher was waiting for my cold dry hard food to bring to me! Food is consistently bad.. unfortunately I can't recommend anything from here but my Dasher was perfect and waiting for my cold dried hard food to deliver.

Stopped in to take a work meeting during lunch and the guest WiFi did NOT work. The connection continually goes up/down. Not wanting to miss my meeting I tossed out the food I just paid for and went to Wendy's across the street where the WiFi did not give me any issue.

Used the app tonight to show my friend how good it was. It was a total bomb. Waited 20 mins at drive thru. Would have left but order was prepaid. Got waited on. Spent another 15 minutes waiting to get to window. Got our food had to go in cuz the food was cold. They had to remake the whole order. Was very disappointed.
