This is absolutely the most horribly ran disgusting excuse for a McDonald’s in the whole entire state of Massachusetts. The kids they employ, and the adults that work during the evening are the most unprofessional classless smoking weed outside trash employees I have ever seen.. and the fact I seriously had to wait an extra 15 minutes in line tonight because two of your employees decided to play in and out of the car while you have an entire line of people waiting. It’s pathetic thank God we will have more options soon because this place should be shut down.

This particular McDonald's is close to where my wife works; so we go there sometimes. A lot of times it's at around 10. We HAVE to go in now, since the drive-thru is so slow. It "seems" like when you in, there's a few ppl working. But going through drive-thru, you'd think it was only 1 person taking orders, cooking and serving. We did go in tonight. There were a bunch, well 4 teenagers, I think 1 worked there, that were playing cards...having fun and laughing...nice, but they were pretty loud. The store was very dirty and we waiting about 10-12 minutes for a happy meal and a 1/4 pounder meal. The fries weren't even cooked, still very light and flimsy, and the nuggets were dry and over-cooked.We probably will not be coming here in the future.

They messed up and gave my order to someone else. And then they argued in the back for 10 minutes on who's fault it was and I watched them mess up 2 more orders while I was still waiting for mine. Absolutely terrible don't come here.

Very clean. Employees all seamed to in great moods and were helpful and courteous. This place has a play area for the kids. Big parking lot with a 2 lane drive through . Very well oiled machine. Place had a long line of cars in the drive through and was able to take care of me quickly (inside). Lots of handicap and regular parking . Clean bathrooms. Very impressed with how it is being run.Parking: Lots of parking, wide spotsKid-friendliness: Play area, indoor.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access with large handicap ♿️ bathrooms ? ?

Breakfast is usually ok, although sometimes the hash browns aren't cooked all the way. Hamburgers are what they are. Sometimes they look "put together" and sometimes when you unwrap them you might as well eat them with utensils.

Per usual, should've known better, waited 23 minutes for food in drive through... 15 just to order and 8 at the actual window for our food. Fries were cold, dry, no salt and half full. Bacon on burger was burnt black... nuggets cold. Customer service was horrible... kid who cashed me out and handed me the food literally didn't say a word to me and I was in no way shape or form rude. Absolutely horrible! Oh and to boot a group of teenagers who came in while I was waiting in my car at drive through were eating inside all with their food as I sat at the drive through window!! BULLSH1T. Horrible service horrible food worst McDonalds in the area hands down.
