We ordered food tonight from door dash. We order two pita with extra meat. Instead we got two wrap with extra mayo. When my husband called Paramount they said its door dash issue. Door dash dosen't make the food. The resturants should be order is correc regardless of dine in, pick up or delivery. To complete discount the wrong order clearly says they don't care. This hasn't been first issue with them.

Have been ordering there a few times a month since they have opened. I never have a issue with the food. They are pretty consistent. I always have the food delivered. My issue is they always forget parts of the order. Not once or twice. But every order. I will order 2-3 cans of soda. Never get them. I ask the delivery driver he hands me a few ginger ales. Says he will get me next time. Next time its the same. Ordered one of their meal deals. Pizza, wings, soda and cheese garlic bread. Didn't get the soda or bread again. If it happened a few times. Fine. But its every single time. You call their rude.

I order pizza here at least a couple of times a month. It’s usually good. Yesterday I ordered a meat lovers, and my husband and I were so sick afterwards. It wrecked my gut. I think it may have been old: I ordered before noon and possibly was first customer. I arrived before the time given. When my pizza came out, the box was not hot at all. The pizza was dark and crispy (which I do like, but it was likely reheated), the cheese was somewhat solid already and was overly dry. We will never order there again!

My girlfriend and I ordered grinders online. The menu clearly states that a steak and cheese grinder comes with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. They left off those ingredients. While they did issue a refund, they got confused about the order to not layer the cheese and steak. They seemed to have misinterpreted the instructions as not to include mayonnaise, tomato, and lettuce. Please be more mindful of the instructions.

Having just moved to Western Mass, my husband and I were trying to find a new pizza spot and very pleasantly surprised when we ordered delivery from here. The pepperoni pizza and 10 wing special with fried dough was great and affordable. So one day we decided to check them out to dine in especially because they have a bar and other dine in specials. When we arrived it wasn’t very busy with only 1 other customer sitting in the bar. There wasn’t any music on and while they had tvs they were all muted which I found odd. Their take out service was busy throughout our visit however. We ended up getting the daily special for a large pizza, 10 wings and a bottle of wine for only 19.99! I couldn’t believe they had such a good deal and we went for it. The food was delicious as usual Now the only reason I’ve chosen to rate them under 5 stars was because the man behind the bar…. Who may be the owner was not very pleasant or friendly. I did try to interact with him and have small talk but he seemed somewhat annoyed by us ordering the special…. Which was on the front of the menu, offered daily at any time….. this made the silence of the atmosphere during dining extremely awkward. With that said, I’ll do carry out or delivery next time. Go for the food, it’s great though!

New to area. Have been checking out places to eat. Paramount offers excellent italian dishes. Eat in, take out or delivery. Portions of meals very big, enough for two meals. Husband had lasagna and I had veal parm. We have since ordered pizza and sandwiches. All incredible. Definitely our go to place in Palmer area for large variety of italian food. Service always very good. Prices more than reasonable considering portion size. Also offers bar that was rather busy for a mid afternoon.

Who chops thier meat on a meat lovers sub. I used to order all the time, but now I have my doubts. I orderd with just mustard mayo and light oil and vinager. Somehow I got some marinade and I cound'nt even taste the sub. Wasted $20. I understand the prices are higher for everything, but , who chops or cuts up thier meats ? Old school, even if the price is higher.
