The seafood is delicious and fresh. The macaroni and cheese is superb. I often get a double side of it. Nice view, friendly waitresses. I wish they would bring trivia back.

This was the worst food we have had in a very long time . It looked amazing but there was absolutely no flavor whatsoever . This is not an exaggeration.
Fried clams were tasteless and way over cooked . The garlic mashed potatoes had no butter, no salt, no spices whatsoever only garlic. they didn’t taste like real potatoes either which usually isn’t a problem because the spices and the butter usually help mask that fact . This was like eating paste in kindergarten.
The baked haddock was over cooked and hard on the outer rim and also completely flavorless. Like not even a pinch of salt or any herbs whatsoever.
The fried haddock had no flavor at all, and the breading was so thin. If you peeled it off, you could literally see the bar from your table , through the fried part .
I was pleased with my waitress who did get the fried clams taken off of my bill. My husband is a veteran and was supposed to get a 10% discount which they never gave after she went to go fix the bill. So for the first time in probably five years, we left a mediocre tip because I’m thinking to myself they can just take it out of the discount they offer to veterans that my veteran never got .. She was a sweet girl though, and I don’t put the blame on her whatsoever..
I wouldn’t stop here again if I was starving to death. And I couldn’t recommend this to anybody. I’ve honest to God never had such a bland meal, and I recently had to have hospital food.

NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: After dinner we went to charge the car. If the restaurant had a level 2 charger, it would have been enough to make it home. Please consider installing a NACS charger.

I went there this past weekend to celebrate my birthday. My girlfriend recommended the place and I was delightfully surprised with how cozy it felt. The menu is impressive but I had to order the Surf & Turf Special on the chalkboard. Featuring filet mignon and king crab legs, I also ordered coleslaw, and roasted brussel sprouts as my sides. It was a true delight. The filet melted in my mouth, perfectly complemented by the sweet king crab. The sides were equally impressive, with refreshing coleslaw and caramelized brussel sprouts adding depth to the meal. Service was impeccable, making this dining experience one to remember. Russo's really impressed me with its culinary mastery and attentive hospitality.
