Extremely disappointed.. first we got seated, no silverware placed no water brought to the table. Waited over 45 mins for our food due to “an under staffed” day. When the food arrived we still had no silverware and it took our waitress 3 mins to bring it only to have to take it back because it was dirty. There was no communication from the wait staff such as asking if we wanted more coffee or can I get you anything else. She never came back to the table period until I asked for the check . A young man came from the kitchen with long disheveled hair that looked as though he crawled out of bed and thru it back into a pony tail. His hair was well past his back with no netting. The eggs were slimy and not cooked to our specifications. The bagel was toasted as requested however it was as hard as a rock & cold.
Used to be one of my favorite local spots but ya.... the service here has gone completely down hill. It was not busy, yet the hostess was rude and snippy, waitress inattentive and we had to chase a coffee refill to the point of just getting up to get it ourselves before anyone bothered.

The food we saw served to others looked good. It was a Sunday morning and the parking lot was full so I assumed we would have a long wait. There were some open tables though, and it wasnt that long before one was cleaned off for the two of us. And then no one ever talked to us again. I expect service to be slow on a Sunday morning, but also usually expect a quick stop to check if any drinks are wanted. Coffee is quick. There were a couple of people walking around doing frequent coffee refills, but they never even looked at us. Which makes sense, I didn’t yet have anything to put coffee in. I wasn’t paying attention to the time, but after quite awhile when I saw the person who seated us seemingly chatting with customers at the bar area I decided to give it another five minutes and then we left.
Again, I always expect slower service at a non chain restaurant, especially on a Sunday morning. But not even a quick acknowledgement of our existence or an offer of water or coffee wasn’t something I’d expect.

Not a great experience. Cute place, food coming out looked great. However when we asked our server what the Monday special was as menu said “Tara’s choice”, she said she didn’t know and Tara was in the bathroom so I’ll say no specials today. We then asked what the homemade bread of the day was as sign said “ask your server” and she just listed all bread choices.
We waited over 45 minutes for our food, my burger did come out hot and delicious however my boyfriend’s eggs came out with sauce on it that he didn’t order, cold potatoes and no toast. The young waitress said they could remake the eggs but after almost an hour wait we declined. No one ever came to ask if I wanted more coffee, server never came beck to our table. I had to ask for a box from I believe the owner and when I asked for the check they brought over for both meals. I would have thought someone would have offered an apology, but all we got was “have a good rest of your day”.
We only paid for my burger and will not be going back.

Great food, good prices. They have goats you can go see. You get a large amount of food with everything you order there. I always get a box to take home for second breakfast! They have a large parking lot so parking has never been an issue. I highly recommend checking this place out, especially for breakfast. I have not tried their lunch, but I intend to soon.

We have been going here for a few years and everything was good until this week. Things took a 180 degree turn for the worst. The service was horrible. The tables were not cleaned between customers. Waited over a half hour before someone took our order and this only happened because I flagged a server down and forced the issue. Then the wait for the food was also long. The place was not even crowded at the time. This happened two different times this week. I don't know what happened to this place to go downhill so fast. We also noticed other customers having the same problems. We won't be going back unless the place gets straightened out.
Great Staff, seating with a really nice view of woods and farm is available. Otherwise nice booths and tables. Food is good but often too salty.

the owner is in a bad way can't handle her restaurant. she owns 2 places has no staff. no food quality control at all. and her belchertown restaurant can't stay open do to board of health failures
No hate to any singular person since one person can only do so much, but lack of good service. Even if it’s busy, no one likes being ignored. Just our experience. We waited for our food for 25 minutes only for us to be told it was forgotten. Another 15 minutes pass by and no one says a word to us. Table in front of us was also waiting patiently for a long time before anyone checked on them.
Waited an hour and 15 minutes at the table and no food came out. A table of 4 sat at the same time, ordered after my table of two, received their food and finished before our food ever came. Completely disappointed. Don’t waste your time.

Ok wow. I’ve eaten a lot of western omelettes in my day. This is the best one. CHUNKS of ham, sautéed oniions and peppers wrapped in a perfectly cooked egg wrapped. Home friend potatoes and in house baked artisanal breads, I had the molasses and oat. Staff was very friendly too.
