Drive through intercom broken and instead of putting a sign up they let people sit there. The manager was polite but responded w "oh that's a good idea" when I suggested to put a sign up. I've been there in the past and have gotten an attitude for no reason. They frequently get orders wrong.

The burger was great but way too much mayo. My issue was the nuggets I ate 8 out of the 10 then I noticed slivers of colored shavings. Idk is it was metal or something else. I just hope I didn't eat any because I'm allergic to nickel in metals.

I'm rating Wendy's, NOT the staff. The staff is excellent.They make great food. But they are always swamped and under staffed. Our order has been messed up twice, not specifically because someone (twice in a row), has made orders over $100 and they don't call ahead. It overwhelms them the staff. Wendy's show some back bone and help your staff while you're at it! I'd quit if I worked there. We will not be returning.

The Older, Spanish lady that works the drive thru is super rude and incapable of doing her job properly.....ever! 3 different experiences with her and she's rude every single time. And they NEVER get the orders correct. If you don't like your job, work someplace else lady. This location has seriously gone down hill. Corporate needs to take over

I was super happy with these guys for a little while but when i recently had a power outage at my place i tried to go in to eat so I can see and stay warm I got turned away because they were saying they can't legally let me in . How can u legally not let someone in your store while it's open it makes no sense so I had to use flash lights sat in the dark and ate .

11/2024 - I have to say, that ghost pepper ranch sauce for the nuggets is worthy of Rick Sanchez going nuts over McDonalds szechuan sauce. Its that good! Yumm and will be back just for this!

2018 - Good fast food. Always quick with consistently good service. Seems to have a high turnover rate of employees but they always seem to have good people here.

I am usually not one to leave bad reviews but I will say this was by far one of the worst take-out experience I have ever had in a long time.
I have had the Krabby patty meal multiple times, all good experiences. Not this time though. Buns were soggy, sauce tasted like Italian dressing, and drink was small but fries were large for some reason. I only ate it because I haven’t eaten all day.
My friend also got a frosty, but it was super watery. Person in window did warn him prior but in a very unprofessional manner and for the level of watery it was he should’ve never even passed it out the window.
No bueno. Felt like i was eating at the chum bucket.

Crew doesn't care about much. Manager is always complaining about his employees in the drive thru. Food was quick, chicken nuggets and fries were great the burger they got incorrect as per usual and the bun was stale. Won't stop me from going back but eh.

All this place does is concentrate on the drive-through customers if you walk in you will stand there forever. They recognize you but they don't take care of you.
So basically we just walked out.
This is not the only Wendy's this happened at The one near my house does the same thing and that's why we don't go there anymore.
I cannot fill out the rest of the survey because we never ate sat in the restaurant we didn't even get to order.

In decline. Drive through menu had burned-out lights making the menu illegible and I was told to wait. I announced that I was coming inside to order. I watched employees listlessly following each other while i was ignored for 12 minutes. They clearly don't want my business.
