I went to this location to get a chili, simple enough. Got there at 12:08 pm, was told chili is still cooking....huh? Is this not the start of the lunch time crowd? 1st and last time I will visit this Wendy's.

My husband and I made a mobile order tonight 8/13 at 1025 pm have the receipt and we get parked and they kevin castleman brought out 3 different orders their manager jade says she doesn't see our order umm .. try again.. they are are always parking people and

2nd time, worst experience. 1st time I put down to new people. 2nd time sa.e people and no servi e due to everybody trying to help get change. Left to get food elsewhere. Used to have a good manager, not now.
I will never go to this Wendy's again! Horrible service here. We ate inside, my family was looking forward to it after a long day and the service was Horrible. The woman at the register was not qualified for that job, she was half asleep or on something and did not know what she was doing. She just stared at us when we walked in not greeting us at all it was weird. Then, She got our order wrong several times and had no idea what she was doing. The customer after us paid for his order and she didn't give him his change back and he asked for his change and she said what do you mean? And he was like I want my change back. She was so clueless and had no idea what she was doing. The reason why I will not go there again is because she touched all the money, counter and register then walked over to the food and started touching all the food with no gloves on after touching people's money and dirty counter, she dumped our food on the tray it all fell out of the package with her fingers inside the container touching my kids nuggets. Wicked gross. I'm so grossed out by her performance. 😫

how is it? You have to repeat the order 12 times for them to actually understand it then they delete one of the items and you have to re-tell them to add it then they put the wrong food in the bag zero stars.and they all just stared us while we were waiting very uncomfortable

I had an excellent experience at the Wendy’s in Palmer. The service was efficient, friendly, and most importantly—accurate. The food was exactly as expected: fresh, and made to order with no errors. It’s clear that this location is run with care and attention to detail.
Compared to the incompetence and frankly disappointing service at the Ludlow Wendy’s, the Palmer team sets a much higher standard.
If I’m in the area again, I will absolutely return. Well done!

Took my daughter after her eye appointment 6/2/25 @4:50 to get ice cream, went through the drive thru the worst customer service from the lady on the headset!!! So RUDE !!!!!! thank goodness another female employee I think the manager was very very polite apologized and she would be the only reason we would come back !!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Went on 5/15 just after 6pm, very few cars in the drive through and no one inside. There were at least 5 employees working. Stood at the counter for several minutes with no acknowledgement of our presence. Another customer came in and asked if we had ordered we said not yet. Several more minutes went by and still no one acknowledged us. Several employees kept looking over, walked by the counter several times to go bring out drive through orders. A third customer came in to pick up a mobile order and tried to get the attention of several employees by saying excuse me repeatedly and then clearing his throat. Two employees very clearly heard him glanced over and then continued to ignore us. At this point there were several more people behind us and not a single word had been said to us the whole time. Waited over 10 minutes and yes I timed it as I work in customer service and was appaled at the lack of service. Finally got irritated enough and loudly said this is ridiculous I'm done and walked out and went across the street to McDonald's. Literally all your employees had to do was acknowledge any of us customers and maybe offer up an explanation for the lack of service and I would've been cool.
