There’s this one much older thin short woman, dies her hair kind of blonde that no matter how much I smile and order using my “please and thank and enjoy your day”, this woman ALWAYS gives me a look of misery. Makes me feel unwelcome and an extreme bother. I try not to purchase a thing in the day time because she’s been there during the day the times I’ve had to uncomfortably make a purchase.

Extremely slow only 3 people in drive-thru took 57 minutes to get our food. When we reached the order speaker they put us on a 5 minute hold before we could order the lobby had only about 6 customers as well. Definitely not fast or efficient. Waiting at the window for my food for 15 minutes as well. Atleast my fries were hot and fresh.

It’s almost 1030 at night on a Wednesday it’s one of the only Wendy’s I could come across at this time of night in this area because it is a wooded area. All I told her was is that my cheese wasn’t melted on my fries and she chose to debate me. That’s all the manager manager on call right now doesn’t want to fix issuesHer customer service is not great. That’s my complaint. Thank you.

Never ever stop at fast food joints other than for a public bathroom, but needed a pick me up and decided to grab a small frosty for sh*ts and giggles. Here I am thinking I'll be paying $1.25-1.50.... Nope.... $2.45 for a small frosty. They also had no spoons so ate it with a fork. Hopefully a delivery comes in soon because 2:30pm and out of spoons does not scream success. Ether way support your local shops and recycle your recyclables!

Foods good place is clean. One huge problem. Im assuming hes the manager, seen mostly during the nights dude is miserable, and rude 24/7. You could ask anyone about hom and they will allways tell you the same thing. Guy needs to not be in customer

Accused my service dog of urinating on the floor because of spilled liquid in front of the counter that was already there before I came in. It looked a fountain drink. Staff overall is rude and acts like they don’t want to be there.
