⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our visit to this place was quite disappointing. We asked if there was a restroom available, and we were told there wasn’t one — not even for paying customers. That was the first red flag.
We ordered a cheese steak with extra cheese and toasted bread, but it came barely warm, not toasted, and with hardly any cheese. My husband asked for a chicken wrap, and instead, they gave him a chicken sandwich — completely different from what he ordered.
The service was terrible: disorganized, inattentive, and no one made an effort to correct the mistakes. Sadly, we won’t be coming back, and we don’t recommend this place.
We truly hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for the sake of future customers.

Got a roast beef sub from Bill & Bobs in Woburn a couple days ago, and it was absolutely delightful! I ordered it three-way (American cheese, BBQ sauce, mayo); the meat was juicy and VERY tender, for an ok price! I will certainly be doing business with them again! I give it an 8.5/10 😋

If you ever need to know where beef was this is the place. The food was great, meat was juice and full of flavor the fries hot and fresh. The service was friendly and quick.

The food is amazing, the troll at the register is extremely rude and asked me if “ I had a problem?” Because I was waiting for my change. I’ll never come back to this location and you should think about hiring friendlier people.
Late night Beefin. Fantastic 3 way, the best you can get. Amazing. Long line, short wait. I walked in like 10 min before close, and they were still in full effect. Cannnot beat em.

Best roast beef in the north shore or dare, I say the county.
The woman who works at the counter needs to be fired. For some reason she never lets us finish saying our order before she interrupts with what she thinks we want to eat. But now we can’t even get two sides of bbq sauce with two full meals, we are only allowed one that's only half full. Will never be going back.
