Breakfast sandwiches and lattes are 10/10 every time. Prices are beyond reasonable I think I pay about $12 for a breakfast sandwich and a large latte. House made syrups for the lattes which is major key and they are so friendly and excited to see you and serve you. Will never stop raving about this spot!

Oatmeal was completely raw!!!!!!!!!!! Come onnnnnn , not cooked ATALL , they gave me the oats out of the bag
Has potential to get the Little Depot Diner customers since it closed, but isnt listed as a diner. Customer servive is terrible, doesnt acknowledge customers and wastes time with personal conversations while customers are waiting. Eggs are only scrambled even on sandwiches, oatmeal isnt cooked in a paper cup and youre told you need to let it sit. This is why small businesses go out of business. Sad.

I visited for the first time yesterday to meet someone for a chat. Staff was so kind and have great energy. They even serve your drink to your table, which is a nice touch. I got a chai and a muffin and both were yummy and the muffin was moist. On top of being a quality café, they are doing an amazing thing because they are run by NEArc, and they have training programs and job placement for disabled people regularly. Highly recommend going to support them and their mission!
I have never had a bad experience when visiting. The staff always greet you with a cheerful disposition and thank you for coming in on your way out. There have been multiple times when staff have remembered my order and/or name, creating a personalized experience. The food and drinks are as amazing as the staff!
I landed at the Peabody Town Hall this morning to pick up a business certificate for our company. I asked the lady at the Clerk's Office if there was any Cafe close by with great coffee. She said if I don't mind driving a bit further up the street her favorite is Breaking Grounds. I arrived and was pleased to find plenty of on street parking. I entered the shop and got a wonderful greeting and also loved how quaint it was with what looked to be a lot of handmade items for sale. The menu up on the board showcased their breakfast and luncheon items. The lunch sandwiches had 4 favorites of mine and a few others I'd definitely want to try. I opted for a breakfast sandwich. It was fantastic. Now for their coffee. I'm a tough sell on coffee because I find most cafes lately lost the art of making a really good brew. I went to say one of the special lattes and said out loud, nevermind, I keep forgetting the sugary syrups that are used. I believe it was the owner who explained all of their flavors are homemade and that I would not get that blast of an over sugared beverage. I ordered the one with honey and almond..shame on me for not remembering the name, something Bee. Okay, OMG first the coffee itself is fabulous. Absolutely no bitterness and so smooth. I opted for iced. I heard her teaching the new barista to melt the honey first and so on. He made me the best latte I've had in quite a while. She wasn't kidding about not being overly sweet. The companionship between the honey and coffee ☕ are a coffee lovers dream. Now, for me to go here before work, I'd need to leave home, which is Melrose, much earlier, to be able to go here and make it to work on time. I'm telling anyone reading this, that from the service to the exceptional products, I'll be coming here a few times a week. This is a must try for my group of coffee snobs🩷 out there. Also, praise to the owner who showed incredible patience while teaching the new employee.
The matcha and iced latte were delicious and the syrups were made in house! The staff were also really friendly.
It was so good I highly recommend the Chai Latte

Cozy environment, very friendly staff. Purchased a regular light coffee, it was okay. Also got iced coffee white mocha which was good. A number three breakfast sandwich on ciabatta which was very good! A chicken salad wrap that was decent wouldn’t order it again though, the wrap came with pickle and bag of chips 11$ for the meal. Nice place to sit with relaxing music playing throughout.
you could just tell they clean their espresso machine with love
I love this cafe! I like to have the iced coffee, mocha latte with caramel and chocolate. The spinach wrap with greens is delicious! The service is very good and the place is very nice! I definitely love it, and it's my favorite place!

Visiting from out of state & enjoyed this cafe. This hidden gem is better than Starbucks.

I absolutely love this place! I always get the #3, sausage, egg, cheese (extra!), hash brown and a drizzle of maple syrup ?. For drinks, I'm pretty plain, I usually get either an Americano with a bunch of extra shots, just black, or a matcha with just water and a little of their homemade pistachio syrup. So good! Vicki, Kristen and Ashley are the best, they already know what I want when I come in. Try this place out you will not be disappointed!
