As a non Hispanic, it’s really hard to communicate w/the server as they don’t know a lick of English. They just keep speaking back to you in Spanish instead of getting someone from the back to help. It’s frustrating as I was charged extra for food I didn’t ask for. 😞

Isn’t it illegal to refuse to refund a customer whom you did not give the entire order to? and also refuse to refund; instead she wanted me to drive 1hour to get the item she didn't provide.I called 5 times and the 5 times they gave me the run around that i had to wait for the manager. Today when I finally asked to speak to manager, She got on the phone didn’t let me talk & cursed at me, mind you I never yelled or raised my voice at her explained politely what happened yesterday, she went on a rampage called me names and told me to never buy from there again,( wasn’t planning to) mind you they are the ones who messed up my order! All because i wanted a refund of what was not handed to me. I asked why shes yelling at me and she said this is my business I can yell and do what I want.Usually when this happens they are able to refund the card, she says her system doesn't allow refunds? Unreal. Never did I get out of character, I was respectful with each call. A claim was filed.

It was OK, all the staff speaks mainly Spanish though, so my Spanish is non-existent. Luckily, I was only doing uber eats deliveries.
