Charleys is a great choice in the Northshore Mall Food Court. It is consistently delicious, and their lemonade is very good, too. Jackie is seemingly there all the time, and she is a terrific person and makes a great sandwich as well...

My wife brought me home a Teriyaki Chicken sub from Charleys. I never heard of this place but my wife was out with her girlfriend. When I tell you it was one of the most delicious subs I have ever had (and I am in my 50s). It was a good sized (medium) sub with great flavor and two sliced pickles inside with lots of cheese. I definitely have to try the Cheese steak next. Kudos to this place for taking common sub sandwiches to a much higher level.

Went to Charley's Philly Steaks in Northshore Mall and in my opinion not really worth it. I got an order of gourmet fries with cheese and bacon. The fries looked like something that came out of McDonald's with cheese sauce that you would put on Nachos. The bacon could've been cooked a little more. On the upside the place is clean and the help is courteous.
