The food here is always delicious, hot, and fresh. It's busy so the server wasn't there as often but we still got what we needed. The only problem is the tables were so close it felt awkward at first. Another couple even refused once they saw it (I know I wish I had) other than that I can't complain about this place it's my favorite!

So please tell me why this location is using a laundry service that leaves there fabric napkin full of lint? I left there with my clothes full of lint and it was hard yo clean it off since my shirt was velvet . Not only that but the bread plate was full of lint because the napkin was on top of it. Who wants to eat lint? Is lint the new addition flavor pr decorations for meals? The waitress didnt even apologize rather said they use a laundry service and they arrive that way and then she walked away to avoid more conflict or something. I wasnt going to start no argument but an apology would be nice given how it was flying all over the table and guests. I am sure I am wasnt the only one who had the issue. Hope you hire a new laundry service or order better quality napkins. Meanwhile just provide paper napkins. The service also took a while to serve us.

I enjoy the food but maybe I'm getting old and I understand everything is expensive now but I feel like for the price the portions are getting smaller.

I’ve always been a big fan of this place, but today was incredibly disappointing. We came in to celebrate an 8-year-old’s birthday, only to be told the wait was 20 minutes. When we checked back, it turned out our name was never entered into the system. We ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally giving up and leaving. Mistakes happen, but the lack of an apology or any empathy from the staff was the real issue. You unfortunately ruined a little girl's birthday celebration

Nice Cheesecake Factory in the North Shore Mall. Good sized restaurant and bar that is typically busy. Standard Cheesecake menu and very consistent. They also do a nice job with takeout. Parking is easy in the large, free lot, and for takeout they have 10 or 12 designated spots up front. I have found they do not have a good delivery set up from the counter to the designated spots and often park there and simply walk in to collect our order...
