Ordered the $40 ribeye and it look like a $15 riveted. They are serving you less food and charging more for it. Smh bad way to do business. Foid value isn't there.

Excellent lunch today at Cheesecake Factory in Peabody. Kevin was a great server! Extremely friendly and always on time with what we needed. The Cheeseburger Spring Rolls were so yummy, and I ordered a lunch size Pasta DaVinci which is my go-to favorite CCF dish. It might have been the best DaVinci I've ever had! 10 stars!

So, we used to order from here quite a bit. But we noticed that the portions seem to be getting smaller and end up paying more. We spoke to the manager and she said oh you're right that doesn't seem portioned correctly let me give you a credit. Great sounds good. It had been a while since we ordered from here and we decided to give it another chance and lo and behold it was even worse than before. The portions were smaller and they forgot sauce on the food, which is fine but the portions were so much smaller and they give you a ton of rice and veggies to maybe overlook the portion size. I called and spoke to the manager and I'm not looking for money back, I'm not looking for a credit but I'm looking at to see why it keeps happening. She didn't say much except that she was sorry and offered money back. She was super nice just like everyone else that works there. I didn't take the gift card because honestly I don't think I'll be going back. Unless you're getting a burger or an appetizer it's just not worth the price if that's how they're going to portion things out. You end up paying so much more for little food. I know when you go out to eat you're obviously pay more which is fine but at least make it worth it. I wish I could post the photos of the dish I got then you guys could see what I'm talking about

Food was always good but services was always slow. I understood that they didn’t have enough staff to serve customers. The price of food there was getting higher every other months. I loved their burger and it was less than $15, then $17 and now it was $20 just last week. But it was so good that it is still cheaper than McDonald if you compare the quality and amount of food. A Big Mac meal is like $11 here.

Painfully slow pickup orders. I'm waiting for half an hour while my bag is getting cold on the counter. Many employees doing nothing in slow motion.

We went to Cheesecake Factory for my birthday lunch. Dave, the manager helped us with rewards. The food was amazing. Best filet I have had. This place in Peabody at the northshore mall is the best.

It's a great place to take children. They had a great menu for them and comfortable seating. The wait time was very bad, almost an hour. One patron even collapsed as we waited in a crowded lobby and there was barely space for the EMT to come support him. They must reconsider their reservation and waiting area because it was a clear fire hazard. Once we got the food, it was cold and they reheated it with water making the pasta soggy and bland. The cheesecake was spectacular as usual.

Everything at the restaurant was great. The problem is the take out containers are all black and say in black, Do not microwave. Difficult to see and why would I even look for that when the majority of restaurants give you microwave safe containers. Needless to say, I saw the Do not microwave, too late and my lunch was ruined as it was covered in melted, black plastic. So disappointing as we travel from out of state to go to The Cheesecake Factory.
