I ordered take out and got my fav shrimp scampi, I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes and picked it up in exactly 25 mins. I got to my car and my food was so cold like it was sitting in the kitchen for a while. Maybe I'll dine in next time and get a much better experience.

I feel like most cheesecake factories are consistent food-wise. There are some stand outs on the menu and everything is overall pretty tasty. The service at this location was great. Our waitress was attentive and the food arrived quickly. This location is really loud for some reason. Weird thing to note, I know, but it is what it is.. anyway, the restaurant is huge. Google Maps takes you to the correct location and there is plenty of parking out front. It’s in a huge mall, so it can be really busy at times. 4 stars.

April 4th at around 2pm
I had a truly awful experience here. The place wasn’t even busy, yet the older woman who served my family and me was incredibly rude. She didn’t greet us properly, never offered us water, and didn’t check in even once to see if we were okay or needed anything. To top it off, she brought us the check before we were even done eating — something I’ve never experienced before.
What made it worse was that she was only acting this way towards my party. I noticed she was polite and attentive to other groups, which makes me strongly believe this treatment was racially motivated. It was disrespectful and disgusting, and no one should be made to feel unwelcome like that. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

It was the first time I had been and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I ordered the meatloaf dinner. It did not taste good at all. I ate my side dishes and left the meatloaf. Our waitress didn’t come back to check on us til we were ready for the bill. When we said we did not like our meals she said if we would’ve told her she could have done something about it.. It’s hard to tell her when we didn’t see her though.. by that time we had to leave because we had tickets for a show. Very disappointed..

Took out 4 slices of cheese cake from the case after dining there - spent $53 for just 4 slices of cheese cake - the slices looked smaller than they did in the case- don’t think I’d do that again

Tried the new chicken katsu bowl. I enjoyed it but not as much as my usual favorite the chicken piccata! The cheesecake as always was incredible. Obviously not a healthy meal at all, but you know that going in when you decide to go to the cheesecake factory. Great indulgent good and the service was good as well!

Very good food and service, the Santa Fe salad very tasty and the dressing very good, ah the only thing I wouldn’t give credit is the chipotle shrimp, they don’t chop and don’t taste like chipotle, very good desserts a delight, the macaroni balls with cheese a delight to start
But men’s bathrooms leave a lot at stake when qualifying, bathrooms covered with paper and other things, urinal blocked and dripping

Very nice place 😍
Whilst it's great to have choice - there is a limit to how many pages (yes pages) you can read to find something you like, and that's before you get to the actual cheesecakes! Whilst you cannot fault the quality of food, service almost pounce to see what you want but when you don't know it then turned into slowness. There are at least 25 cheesecakes to look at and whilst lovely $12.50 for one slice is rather expensive. We did go back to take away some cheesecakes for some friends who wanted to try them and took ages to even be acknowledged we were even there and then the server couldn't care less and expected a tip - which we didn't give !! She then handed over to another person who cuts the slices who also expects a tip - sorry but that's your job.
